Chris lives in California, pretty easy for the media to follow him around. Guy has a pretty decently documented interest in cars and just recently he had an article published about it. I'm sure a lot of his free time is in that. In fact I think they all do a lot but I'm sure you can agree that Will, Jonny, and Guy wouldn't be the first to accept an interview and would likely deffer to Chris. Being the face of the band is just his thing that he has to do whether he wants to or not.

Maybe I'm the only one of here that uses Google Play Music, but under their "All Albums" for Coldplay it has some kind of text to speech album that sounds like a crummy documentary that really shouldn't be there. It IS about the band after hearing about 10 seconds but it's pretty poor QC on Google's end. On the bright side it also has a bootleg of the 2014 iTunes Festival so I'll hang onto that one.

You expected a bar to play Coldplay? Cmon that wouldn't fly at any point in their career LOL I think VLV was that for them. They really made something unique and the craftsmanship is unreal. In fact I don't know if they ever could make something as refreshing as VLV in my opinion, seems like a once in a lifetime kind of album.

I've said it a few times, I'm pretty sure Guy had a lot of influence in producing GS. Out of the three new albums it's easily the best sonically.

We Are Scientists I really liked the first album but the second hasn't stuck to me yet. I actually met them when I went to see them in Maryland. They were just shopping around the town because not many people recognized them. Nanna has been my crush for years since then.

He wouldn't be able to write anything we'd like. I think he collaborates a lot so he can make music that the band would shoot down but values the music he makes with the band and Jonny, Guy, Will, etc as friends too much.

That's how it started for me. My older sister was fanatical about them late arobtth-x&y and I finally hopped on pre-viva after actually listening to them. I think Warning Sign was the tipping point.
