http://finance.yahoo.com/news/US-jobless-rate-reaches-98-apf-93159528.html?x=0&.v=13 The stimulus is working. But not as it should! We're on month 10 in the new administration. How much longer till we can stop blaming this on Bush? Remember that Bush and Obama had the same policy for fixing the problem - Obama voted for the stimulus as a member of the Senate, and Bush signed it into law.

Hello! I've had a few requests to post Coldplay's unauthorized and unofficial documentary called "Coldplay: Love, Actually". I got the DVD as a gift and I would be happy to share it with the fellow Coldplayers except that I can't figure out how to get it up here. So far, I've used DVD Shrink 3.2 to cut the DVD into three 1GB segments but they're in a wierd format (.VOB) and I can't figure out how to cut them into smaller clips (it reduced them to 1GB each by default). Then to upload them, do I have to get a YouTube account or is there an easier way? If someone could help me figure this out, that would be awesome :nice: Thanks!! P.S. if someone's already bea…

So can anyone suggest their personal favourite tv/film documentaries they have watched and you should recommend? Well for me, I HIGHLY recommend Michael Palin's travel doc, "Around The World In 80 Days". It was filmed in 1988, but as time has made that documentary even better than it was 20 years ago. Just looking at how culture has changed in that time will blow your mind away but more importantly Palin really makes you feel like you're actually with him. You really have to get the DVD, it is fantastic. [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wZcTJmB9U9U&feature=related]YouTube - Michael Palin Around The World in 80 Days Pt 1[/ame]

Marching to world domination: Why the West should be worried about China China today celebrated its wealth and rising might with a show of goose-stepping troops, gaudy floats and nuclear-capable missiles in Beijing, 60 years after Mao Zedong proclaimed its embrace of communism. Tiananmen Square became a hi-tech stage to celebrate the birth of the People's Republic of China on October 1, 1949, with President Hu Jintao, wearing a slate grey 'Mao' suit, and the Communist Party leadership watching the meticulously disciplined show from the Gate of Heavenly Peace over the Square. Here DOMINIC SANDBROOK explains why the West should be so wary of the new superpower. …
