Do you think Coldplay should use autotune ?

Hey I gotta write an essay for a class but the thing is the teacher gave us a text about ethics in employees, how in a company the superiors must be an example and the workers should have values in the right measure and how that is kinda the most important thing in an employee. Now my dilema is that I gotta find an article which has an opposing point of view to write my essay and I can't quite find an article that says people should be hired just for their knowledge or so, you know like robots or something, no feelings just work and money. Can you help me out???????? It's due next week but I need to star right now, I got several things on my back right now.

Wow. I am about 3 hours away from leaving my house for the airport. I will go to Dubai for three days, then go to India and be there for a few months as a volunteer at an orphanage for boys. I am not sure how many months I will be gone. Atleast to January.
