You notice how in the lounge threads, you ask a question and you only get one full page of actuall answers. Then someone says something completley off-topic then the whole thread is shit? haha . its frustrarting and funny at the same time

No, not to plagarize. We're on a poetry unit in English, and we're supposed to bring in poetry that we like, and I asked if we could use songs. Our teacher said, "Yes, but only if you... divorce them from the melody." And I just realized, crap, some of Coldplay's lyrics are really deep and poetic. Actually, scratch that, I would definitely say almost all of them are (Ode to Deoderant excluded :P) So anyone else think that'd be a good idea?

Well my friends and I on saturday night went to go see Slumdog Millionaire and I picked up these two girls. One i like and cant stand to be away from her. This saturday, her and i are going to dinner (couldnt think of anything else). I really dont take girls i like to dinner especially after only two very short times of seeing her. so ill take her to applebees or TGI somewhere thats close to Oakland University where i am. i would take her to the melting pot but thats too expensive for the first time. does it make me look like a cheap ass if i take her there. she said make it a surprise. i really dont want to spend the money. especailly on someone else. i know it…
