Pulse + Comfortably Numb = Best Ever!

Yeah ! Actually, the first Pink Floyd I ever listened to was Comfortably Numb, P.U.L.S.E Version. I listened to it about 500 times before hearing any other song at the time !!

What is Pulse?

P.U.L.S.E is Pink FLoyd's last UK concert (except Live 8), recorded June 1994 and released as a DVD last summer. It's the most gigantic light show I've ever seen. They performed the whole Dark Side Of The Moon in the right order, plus some songs from the last album and other classics. I strongly advise you to buy it ; it's the greatest concert ever IMO. I would've sold my mother to see that.

Yeah, this one is particularly awesome. I saw it so many times that I know absolutely every single note of it, by heart. For me it's the most beautiful guitar solo ever : this man is a god !

A friend gave me On An Island cd as a Christmas present.

 

Of course I had to listen to it already, couldn't wait for Christmas. It's a great album, so calm and beautiful.

David Gilmour's latest Single Arnold Layne is in the stores today, but I can't buy it right now because I'm lost in the deepest country hole in France. But as soon as I go back in Paris, I'm gonna rain down on it.

I hope i can buy the single in the next days.....cant wait!! :dance:

 

hope his dvd will be released in early 2007! cant wait to hear/see something from his awesome tour again. hopefully the dvd will include some songs from hamburg and munich. i was at these shows and it would be awesome to see some songs from these concerts.
