THANK YOU SO MUCH. :botoxlips:

I found it on their myspace, but there was no sound, oddly.

The video's pretty simple, imo. I think they're emphasizing on the nature and aquatic life that's so beautiful, but are polluted nowadays.

Reminded me a little of DARE, the whole technology thing.

I've been keeping an eye on the Evangelist competition (and voting :awesome:), there are some REALLY talented drawers on there! Have any coldplayers submitted drawings?

Nope! I can't draw! You?

Here you go, they'll probably going to delete the video, and my account will suffer the same fate, but it's a risk i had to take:

Aw, thank you so much for that. Very nice of you to risk your account for those who can't see it. :)

I like it. It's a cool video. It's a difficult one because of the way the song came about - it's a diversion from what they were going to do, so the video can't really progress the story too much, so there wasn't much to work with. I think they did really well though.

The song itself has grown on me quite a bit over the past few days so I find the video interesting, too. Then again, I'm fascinated by fish and stingrays so there you go.

Thankyou for putting up the video D! Its quite cool, simple, but it has a nice message I guess. Daley is so.....I can't quite put it into words

Yes it is!!! I'm pretty excited now, it feels like reality now where as before it didnt :laugh3:

And er, thanks for the message on tumblr Lizzy, it make me laugh to be notified in my email inbox that damonalbarnsballs had asked me a question :laugh3:

So, my video hasn't been deleted yet.

Still, i'm sure EMI will stop by my account to give me a formal warning.

Thanks for sharing! Great vid :awesome:

I want a submarine with disco lights now :wacky:

Haha I wish! Even if I could these stupid end-of-year exams are keeping me far too busy :disappointed:

I'm just enjoying looking at everyone else's interpretations of the Evangelist.

Hi. I just returned from seeing Gorillaz. They totally blew my mind (and ears for that matter). :nice:

Glad you had fun!! Any highlights in particular??

Paul. He's so much more awesome with Gorillaz than with TGTBATQ. :awesome: And basically everything else was super duper awesome too!

I'm too hyper to go to sleep. It's 2:40 am and I just sat in a train for more than two hours. :bomb:

Ahaha I've been in that situation before! :P I don't think there's much you can do, but just sit there mulling over the awesomeness and hope sleep eventually comes :P

I used to just look at all my photos and videos again and again and again until it got too hard to keep my eyes open...

God, I know Paul is INSANE on that bass HNGGGGNGNGNGNNG

Nice bass impersonation

That's really awesome, what song did you liked the most from the show?
Hmm.. That's though. I really enjoyed Punk, Cloud of Unknowing (BOBBY!) and.. the usual super awesome songs. :nice:

:surprised: YESSSS!!! OMG How were your seats.. were you happy with them?
NO SEATS!! :awesome: The venue they played at is basically a big hall with limited seating at the end (plus a balcony). I arrived pretty early, about half an hour before the doors opened, so I stood really close to the stage. As I'm quite tall I had a great view. :D

YESH. I saw them at a festival three years back. Really glad I did (my friend had to drag me away from Damien Rice), because now I only need to see Blur of Albarn's bands. :P

Yep, I think I'm gonna sort my photos now. :D

FOREVER JEALOU!!!! :dead:

That TGTBATQ album is VERY close to my heart! That is amazing you got to see them live. I would of died. I'm hoping I can see them for their 2nd album soon, hopefully :(

YES!!! POST PICTURES :awesome:

I think the TGTBATQ album might be my favourite of all of Damon's work. But it's also the first album by him I heard so it kinda makes sense I guess. I really hope they'll make another one, although I'd also be quite happy with new Blur material. And if they tour, they better do it properly because I don't think they toured much with that album.. Tony Allen is a really cool drummer, by the way. :wacky:

OK, here are a few pics. I haven't sorted everything yet, but so far I'm not disappointed by the way the pictures turned out. Especially since I couldn't take my proper camera and had to deal with a crappy and old point & shoot. They aren't in any order, the first one is actually one of the last photos I took.

Perfect setlist much???? :dead:

Thanks for sharing those photos too, some really good ones there!

Ok so here is my Gorillaz show collection of highlights/story/review:

The whole show was fantastic, I enjoyed every song, even those which aren't my favourites sounded incredible live, and I danced and cheered so much aaah, I must've looked insane.

Highlights included-

De la Soul's enthusiasm throughout the whole show

The brass section for Broken, which added even more awesome to a song I already love

Mick's dancing to the Syrian orchestra

Paul's effortless coolness and guitar mastery

The strings section on Clint Eastwood, which is genius

The inclusion of Punk!!, Plastic Beach!! Tomorrow Comes Today! which were all ace

The stained glass window visuals for Demon Days, and that song as a stunning ending in general

Damon's energy throughout- there were these speakers in front of the stage and he was jumping from one to another!! And also jumping on Cass's drumkit and other crazy antics!

Glitter Freeze sounded so good live, there was a kind of crescendo of all the instruments towards the end which sounded awesome. Bobby Womack was on top form too. White Flag was great- the bit where the syrian orchestra goes into Kano and Bashy's bit was so great. Donacamatic sounded really good too, and I think it got quite a good reception given that it's really new still...yep I pretty much loved it all.

I mean, I'd seen so many videos of their live performances, and heard stories from this tour, but seeing it right there just made me appreciate the songs tenfold becasue you could see and hear all the creativity that went into making them, and the skill and passion of the musicians playing and singing. Everyone on stage looked so into what they were doing, it was wonderful.

If I remember any other bits I will post!

Your pictures are gorgeous! Were you at the Amsterdam show? I can't believe they travelled to Amsterdam and performed another show in the last few hours- all I've done today is recover from last night, reminisce about last night, and write about last night!! Haha.
