Whoa.. It'd be great if they did it again over here but i really don't think so bah.

 

I also want Muse to play a gig without any new songs..just old material. Now that would be super!

They were totally kickass! Coolest part, they have 2 stages with walkway between them so no matter if you have shite seats in the back of the venue, you gonna see some Dave action! I took pic and will post some later, gotta eat now.

Most of my pics are OK, but they consist of a giant hair blob that is Dave. :P He can't stand still for 2 seconds for my frickin camera to get a decent pic. Any how, here's the very end of the show on video where he can be more wiggly. And you gotta check out their roadie with the freaky hair near the end of the vid. :laugh3:

Opening the show was Against Me and I wasn't really familiar with their stuff, but they were pretty good, so go early and check out their set. You can hear some of their stuff on their myspace page.

Saw them last Thursday and these guys rockkk!!! They played an awesome acoustic set on that round stage with the electric violin chick... and they played over half of the new album both electric and acoustic. Over 2 and half hours. Orlando is a partying crowd and they enjoyed the audience alot. Bodysurfers were entertaining the band and us. It was a great show. And that roadie, yes he was lookin like a wild troll doll hair on acid ... that was a site LMAO! Anyone going look forward to really good show! :)

How was it?

great. I really don't know them too well. I went because a friend of mine invited me. I didn't know a bunch of the songs, but it was still awesome. They did an acoustic version of "My hero" that was amazing. Probably the second best show i've been to.

Say them live in Vancouver here a month or so back. They kicked ass! They just rocked the house, they just rock the hell out of it. Dave is amazing.

so yeah, I love the foo fighters. are they pretty big in europe at all? their last album was incredible, almost as good as The Colour and the Shape. I loved In Your Honor too.

 

I always associate Foo Fighters with Coldplay because I got X&Y and In Your Honor at around the same time, and MTV always showed "Best of You" by the Foo Fighters and "Speed of Sound" by Coldplay around the same time every day because the songs came out around the same time.

 

Those were my first albums by both bands and now they're prbly my top 2 favorite bands...

Nice. :D I wasn't crazy about them (though they are hilarious at times) until I heard their most recent album. I love that one- it's a nice mix of everything they do.
