I guess he thought i was a BIT too young to watch that kind of shows but hey, i only thought it was funny!

uh...i'm not sure if i want to go see it after all.

Many women in one place at the same time is a tiny bit scary!

Nah, i want to see it

It's great, very funny and sad and happy :nice:

The women are scary, especially the older ones who laugh like maniacs at anything that's even remotely sexual. :dozey:

aw I bet i'll cry if it's sad..i always do that. I'm a girly weepy girl..

Hahaha those older ladies sound rather annoying! I can just imagine you and your friends looking at each other like "uh.."

C'mon, at least for you its a blockbuster without hoardes of kids screaming everytime something scary of explosive happens! Then again...

Awww I love Sex and the City! :nice: It's one of my girly guilty pleasures, lol. Carrie Bradshaw has my life. Being a writer in New York City...with lots of awesome shoes. :P I want to see the movie!! I'm glad you liked it, Mimi!

i need your advice.

what do you think about pills? do you use them?

i used pills for a month and now, i felt really sick, i almost fainted. my mum thinks it's because of the pills but i don't think so, and the doctor said it's not because of the pills either. BUT, the signs were described on the paper that was in the box with the pills and my mum's sure it's because of the pills and she doesn't want me to take it any more. she says that i can be protected somehow else and stuff. and all mum's friends say that pills aren't any good and that they wouldn't eat it at all. but all my friends do take pills, and now i don't know what to do.

so, do you take pills or not? please, give me your reasons.

this is horrible. some people around me tell me i shouldn't take it, but the other people tell me that it's ok to take it.

In my opinion it's always better to avoid putting ANY chemicals in your body if you can avoid doing so, as you can never be sure what side-effects there could be.

That's generally how I approach things.

^ I agree ;)

Why do you have to be the one who's got to take those pills when there're loads of other contraceptive methods that you (or let's say HE) could use instead? The condom is the first one that comes to my head.

well, yes, i think you're right and i agree with you. ;)anyway, there are lots of girls that say that it's better to take the pills than to have a child now.but, i'll have to be careful now, i think i won't take the pills any more.thanks a lot for your opinions :)

I was talking to a friend earlier...who has a girlfriend. And, being a guy, he was talking about sex with the girlfriend and whatnot. Although men tend to be more vulgar and "open" about sex in certain circumstances do people think its a more important part of a relationship to a man then it is to their relevant female partner..?

I obviously wouldn't know... In fact, I dont even know what Im doing in this thread. I got lost...

Oh, and I'm sure most coldplayers will be too busy to post. Listening to some music or other.... Just a guess.

oh, come on dear. You didn't get lost. You just happened to have a question!

Well, I could say that for me is really important, seriously, and even more at my age. I mean if I were 70years-old (for example), I wouldn't mind that much about it, because I guess I'd have tried it all and I might be somewhat bored of it by then... Or not. You never know. But yeah, it's equally important for both male and female, me thinks.

Well, it's very much your own choice. A very large number of my female friends take the pill, even if they don't have a boyfriend... I don't personally, because I really like girls, and even if I'd fall for a guy condoms would be the way to go. But the pill is a pretty decent solution to your problems, with the plus of also taking the edge off your period, as I'm told.

A doctor recommended the pill for me when I was 14 because my menstrual cramps were horrible and I'm allergic to the painkillers that would to the job, but I decided against it. I stick with that decision today, even though my period mostly renders me incapable of getting up one day out of the month. You can never know for sure what those hormones do to your body.

So if you have a boyfriend and think it's the contraceptive for you, by all means do it. Just remember it's a pretty drastic form of medicine and not something to be taken lightly.
