Haha I've even faked an orgasm when I'm drunk and sick of shagging (I can't cum sometimes if I've been drinking, it's not even about being drunk but even having a few drinks you can get physically blocked) and it's pretty easy, pretty sure I get away with it.

 

As for being able to tell if they are faking, no, I guess there's no one reason that you can definitely know they are. Greg's got a point with moistness on your thighs/patches of the bed but some girls (Not many from my experience) cum a lot more then then most would, so with them they can be moist but they are always naturally like that, it doesn't mean they are having orgasms. What Greg said is right though, it's usually a good sign.
