July 28, 200916 yr I was reading OK Weekly out of boredom, and they interviewed Amerie and she said she's influenced by Coldplay and she listened to them every day of her tour and cried her eyes out or something. They also interviewed Molly Sims who said she can't stop listening to Viva La Vida and Coldplay is one of her favorite bands :P

He was talking in his twitter about how good bands/people really emerge in certain number years and how 2009 was bound to have bad music because of past "9" years amount of suckage musically. I don't know how big a fan he is but at least he lumped them in the greats group. john mayer covered Lost :)
