hi, i was in the cinema when chris martin was watching shine a light last week - he was in row M, next to the aisle, with his friends on the inside of him. i dont think he had his hood up the whole time, but he did say quite loudy 'that's amazing' as mick jagger went through the list of songs that the stones could play... just a bit of info, but through you might be interested.

Shine A Light seems to be popular with the musicians, we had Alex Turner from the Arctic Monkey's in to see it the other day. To the person who asked for the Jonny story. If you don't know it Habitat is a furniture and home shop in England and Europe and i worked in the flagship on Tottenham Court Road. It was a haven for celebrities and especially indie musicians. I have served Bjork, Michelle from the Magic Numbers. Tim Rice-Oxley and the drummer from Keane. Dougie from Travis, Imogen Heap, Robert Plant. There are loads of others including actors which makes working a crappy retail job all that bit easier. Jonny came in twice when i worked there. He came in and i didn't see him, a friend who is now my girlfriend called me down and i was shaking. Anyway he always comes in with his other half, second time he came in he had a really dodgey tash. Anyway i asked him about (what was then) going to be the live in toronto DVD but he told me it was only going to be the tv special. He was also very nice and personalized my autograph.

Yeah it's great that he told me the truth. I'm sure we all can't contain our excitment about hearing the song today it should be a good one.

I just made an observation.

 

If you remove the black sleeve from the Violet Hill artwork then it wont look too different to the Viva la Vida art. I think that will be the theme, white words scribbled over a painting.
