June 3, 200818 yr Sad, no one has said anything in here yet! Well, I'm driving all the way from Eugene, Oregon to San Jose to see this concert. It's only a 9 hour drive, but still I'm really excited! who else is going to this concert?!

June 5, 200818 yr First I was planning on going to Sacramento, canceled. Then I was planing on Oakland, canceled. Now I'm going to try my hardest to get to this show, but with only one show in Northern California I imagine the rush for tickets is going to be a little insane. Heres hoping they add another date that sticks.
June 7, 200818 yr hmmmmm. the official site has been updated with new dates but they still have this date as 24th July. Coldplay's facebook & myspace sites also still list as 24th July
June 7, 200818 yr its doing my head in. Ticketmaster US also has 18th july because Barnum CIrcus has a run which covers 24th July. Unless Coldplay are planning to join the circus for the night?

This is only my second Coldplay show, and my mom and I who were at the San Jose show in 2006 had the best time. This time, we are taking my stepdad, so finding 3 good seats on the General Public Onsale date would be difficult. That's why i'm hoping to get in on the presale! :) Thanks in advance to all who can help! :love:

June 9, 200818 yr I went to this arena back in Janurary 06 and it was fun, but traffic was the pits. I was looking forward to going to the Sacramento date, but then it got canceled!! anyone know why they did that? now oakland is gone too.

June 12, 200818 yr despite all my bad luck with ticketmaster throughout my life, i actually ended up getting thru with my best buy presale password and scored 2 in section "Floor 1" row 40. Now my question is how may rows are there? am i in the last row or somewhere in the middle? or is it just a dummy row and it's actually standing room general admission like U2 Vertigo was?

June 12, 200818 yr So I totally got screwed and despite having a presale password from Bestbuy, ticketmaster didn't accept it and I couldn't buy :-( If anyone got an extra pair, preferably floor or lowers, that they are looking to get rid of for face, I'd love to know about it. June 12, 200818 yr Ya, I got Floor 3 Row 34, so I wonder if I'll even be able to see the stage from there. =/ Those are decent seats...in the shark tank it doesnt matter where u sit on the floor the view is good I didn't come across anything but upper level seats in the pre-sale...so going to bid on tickets on the auction...have no hope for the general sale.
June 15, 200818 yr I am also on the floor in section 3 row 38. But there are two sections of 3 according to the floor map, I really hope I'm in the first one! If not, oh well. The floor is bomb as hell.
June 16, 200818 yr *squeee!* got a ticket to this concert! section 128, row 6 (weird how most of that area is up for auctions yet i managed to nab this seat during the general sale :confused:) oh well whatever! hope to see you guys at the gig :)
June 16, 200818 yr I pulled horrible seats during the presale but got a decent pair when they went on sale to the general public on Saturday: section 101, row 22. Since I'm kind of short I prefer seats in the lower level vs. the floor since the floor isn't elevated.
June 24, 200818 yr i got 2 tickets post presale in 114 row 14 pretty excited, since i live like 5 minutes from the tank i really hope they dont do a short set like theyve been doing at the free shows we shall see
June 25, 200818 yr Oh my god. This will be my first Coldplay concert, and only my second concert ever... I'm so freaking excited that I joined this forum just to let my excitement out. I can't wait to sing along, feel that incredible buzz and rush hearing them live... I've been reading every interview I can find (haha, I love the article in Spin :P) and listening to Viva la Vida on repeat. 23 days!!!!!!!!!!!
