October 31, 200817 yr I am completely in shock.. after seeing the video... It is amazing!!!! I gave it a 9 but i dont really know why... it deserved a 10!! I guess i chose the wrong one after i watched the video a million times and was dizzy XD. Its great!!
October 31, 200817 yr i gave it an 8, because i hoped that there would be more of one common thread. of course i still loved it, but i think i would have loved it more if they stuck with the air-writing for the whole thing, rather than going to a concert-esque thing without the audience. i liked that too, but it jumped around a lot. i'm a fan of continuity and general themes. for me, the air writing and the butterflies would have been enough, rather than all the shifting locations too. exactly why I gave it 8 as well ;)

(incidentally, where are your seats? my best friend and her 8 friends are going :P) i know what you mean about the other video, and i do love the second half because its so much like what LIJ is like live, but i think it would be a stronger video if they just kept it in that alleyway/decrepit house thing with the glow-writing and then dropped the butterflies. the cinematography throughout the entire thing is defintely enough to keep interest--i think the location-shifting is pretty unnecessary.

October 31, 200817 yr Lovers in Japan video is brilliant! it made my day! The Lovers in Japan video may be my new favorite Coldplay video. It's so beautiful and just overall amazing. It completely brightened my mood. I went form self-pity to wanting to jump for joy. What a great video. Thank you again Coldplay for reminding me of why I love you! This video made my whole crappy week go away in just 3 minutes.:D:D:D
