Guest howyousawtheworld
How long will Alonso last at Ferrari before he throws his dummy out again that he isn't getting his own way He's got Massa alongside him and if Massa starts beating him like Hamilton did in 2007 then don't be surprised. Also Vettel was supreme since qualifying and was a comfortably deserved winner. However I still think Button is odds on but he really wants to get his qualifying and starts sorted out rather than limping over at the end. If he can get the qualifying and his race starts under control then the man can win the last two races again because race trim, he's still fantastic although he's having to be fanatstic to get a point or two because of his bad qualifying and bad starts. I missed a couple of races because I was working but I think Button's main problem is that other teams have caught up with Brawn.
Black Rose
That they have Sal, he might have won 6 out of the first 7 races, but he hasn't won a race since.

Good on them! :D (of course not many new teams have gobs of Honda money and research to scavenge, but still.)

Guest howyousawtheworld
Ohhh Jenson! I have watched his career from the beginning and it has been one hell of a rollercoaster. Started out as a potential future British world champion, then just fell back after two tough seasons but things started picking up from 2003 onwards (3rd in the drivers champsionship behind the Ferrari mega team of Schumacher and Rubens in 2004) and after picking up his 1st win in 2006 looked to go on from there and then everything for two years went horribly wrong with two horrible cars. But thanks to Ross Brawn, he was finally given the opportunity he deserved and he took it. Jenson Button world champion! It's absolutely wonderful! PolarMonkey
oooh...1 helluva season this's been! & bravo Jensen Button & Brawn! definitely been the year of the underdog for a team that almost couldn't race in F1 in 2009! :D bring on 2010!!! tho i shall need to stock up on popcorn to watch what the Ferrari circus has in store for us now that Alonso's gonna be there with Massa... :P & there's now going to be a new team to compete with Force India for not finishing last - the 1Malaysia F1 team! (yes, i'm rather pessimistic about my own country's F1 abilities...cos we suck at most sports, tbh)

But no they'll be based in Malaysia. Wonder how Campos, US F1 and Manor will get on? Manor are British, so they'll do well! :D

Surely not! It's a shame because when I think of Lotus, I think of those legendary names. Jim Clark, Graham Hill, Ayrton Senna, Colin Chapman, the revolutionary car designer! No, they should stop wasting time and just call it Malyasian F1 or something like that because it's NOT Lotus!
zempt
Quite a sight when Kovalainen drove off with the fuel pump still intact and spewing fuel and Kimi driving over the fuel to cause his car to be have a small fire. I guess that's one good thing once there's no more refueling next season.

I think Button, with his smooth, silky driving style which goes easy on the tyres may be a big benefit for next season. If Brawn can provide him with another great car, then we could be looking at another title for Jenson.
Guest howyousawtheworld
Mercedes take over Brawn GP. Gutted! Thanks to that they've ballsed up the drivers market - now one of only Kimi or Jenson can go to McLaren and that means we will be denied one of those top drivers competing alongside Lewis Hamilton, Fernando Alonso and Felipe Massa next year. Rather Mercedes would have Heidfeld than a world champion like Button or even Raikonnen! I am certain that the Mercedes team next year will have a competitive car and taking out Button from that team will only serve Red Bull well, who I am certain will have another fantastic car next year. Guest howyousawtheworld
nohh way^^ Not one of their drivers - they're trying to get both drivers to be German. Why else is Nich Heidfeld being linked with the team as well as Michael Schumacher being the subject of rumours the past week? But a team of Rosberg and Heidfeld - YEAH I'M REALLY SCARED...NOT!
