Is there any possible away to extend the due date on postcards for this project? My card is nearly finished but I guess its too late to send it now. Its sad that I've allowed myself to be so unorganized and busy, but its the truth. There arn't any words to describe my love for COLDPLAY, and thats straight from my heart/thats all

 

since we've already worked out everything with debs and she already scheduled a drop-off date with coldplay and their manager, the date can't really be extended. but like it says in the first post in the other thread, please send your card anyway (NOW). it will arrive eventually, and it might get delivered to the guys, just perhaps not in the big group with all the others. if you mail it NOW, depending on where you're from, it might make it there in time.

Well no :\ I'm still a little bit scared if they will ever arrive the band...

guys, i really wouldn't worry that much. i know it's a bit scary, but think how much mail everyone successfilly receives every single day...the odds that your cards are going to get lost or something are very small. i'd say that in general, most national postal services are pretty good at their jobs :wink:

 

i'm more worried about the people that procrastinated, if their cards will get there in time and if they don't arrive in time for debs to deliver them, if and when she will have another chance to pass them on to the guys :worried:

As long as you stick to the given size/format and stamp it with the right postage it should arrive in time :)

 

It may get a bit dirty or bent but it will surely arrive :)

Well, a few packages I received in December were filled with things I didn't order... haha. But a postacrd isn't that complicated like a package :smug:

Actually, i bought the Frida Kahlo figurine a couple of years ago..... it just happened to work well with what i was doing for the postcard :D

I'm new to the forum, but have been a massive coldplay fan since the beginning. I just want to say that all your postcards are so beautiful and I'm a bit sad I didn't participate.

^ you can still send a card if you want, it might not be a part of the huge mailing but the PO box will become coldplay's offcial mail adress so it will arrive!

don't fuss about making a 'special' home made card either, it's about the message that's on it not the picture in the front
