Yes, we have another two big outdoor shows to announce for next summer. December 12, 200817 yr I can't believe that they will be playing again!! Of course I will go, can't wait to see them again! Anyway didn't get any tickets or something yet haha but some tour agency will organize whole trip so I don't have to worry about! Milane, are you going? :P
December 12, 200817 yr Hi! I'm almost new here ... just to tell you that I wished they could play 3 date in Italy too ... ;) Looking at tour dates now I think that it will be difficult, any way ... I'm sure, the concert will be great !!!! :)

I'm thinking of buying tix for the Udine show. If something should come up and I can't make it to Italy, do you think I'd have a hard time selling my tix? Do these stadiums shows actually sell out...considering their capacity? Any help would be great before I decide to actually do something spontaneous like flying to Italy to see Coldplay...aaaahhhh!!!!

I really don't know how much it will take for the tickets to sell out, for the two gigs here back in September it took one two days then it was difficult to find tickets, at least if you didn't live here. But reading coldplayzone italian board many people from centre-southern Italy are not gonna come as it would be cheaper for them to travel to London or Barcelona by plane than taking a train to Udine or even a plane to the closest cities, which are Trieste or Venice. Sorry for not being too helpful, but I don't want to tell you one thing and then the opposite happens :)

December 12, 200817 yr To Iriden: is Udine a big city ? Is it easy to go there ? (by train or by plane) Mhh don't understand why they didnt pick a city like Milan or Rome, in terms of travelling it would have been much more practical. Oh gosh, why isnt there any French show yet ? I'd have killed for the august 31th date to be in Paris 'cause it's my birthday :( But I think I'm gonna go for Italy then, always dreamed to go to this country !
December 12, 200817 yr Udine is not a very big city, but it has a good stadium in terms of security services (probably it's the best one). So, i think it won't be a sold out venue 'cause is a city too isolated to be reached from all italian zones...i hope in a new italian date. I think i will take part into it, but i have to check my fellowship. Maybe denise iriden will be a fellow of mine, but it will be difficult to organize a very large group...
December 12, 200817 yr yup, both dates :dance: @vitaamine: Udine can be reached by train via Venice (actually you have to change the train in Mestre, which is the city before Venice, and you won't miss it since every train going to Venice stops also in Mestre) or by plane landing in Trieste or Venice. Which city will you be leaving from? Maybe I can check which airline has flights to these two cities :nice: anyway if you want to check this is the website for Trieste airport and this is for Venice airport. I'm sure many people will also come from Croatia, Slovenia and Austria since Udine is in the North-East of Italy, a big international party with the best music :D
December 13, 200817 yr thank you guys for helping ! If I come to Udine, I'm gonna be leaving from Paris or Lyon (because it's closer to Italy, but i dont know much about the train traffic between France and Italy so... :/) I'm somehow still hesitating because I dont speak Italian -even if i know as probably everyone some eros ramazotti's song ahah :p- and I'm gonna be alone there, do you think it's too much to handle ? Don't mistake me, I'm sure the italians fellas there would be nice enough to help :) But since Coldpatrix said that it was a pretty isolated city.. Well I'm still hoping for a French show ! ps: I'll be at the 2 Wembley shows too (finger crossed!!) but are we sure they're gonna deliver us the tickets in time before we leave to England for the event ?
December 13, 200817 yr It's an isolated city n terms of geographic position, but all the italians (from north to south) can help a gracious girls in any case and in any time!
December 13, 200817 yr @vitaamine: what's your name, I feel strange to address to you with your nickname :P Anyway, I don't think it's isolated, to me it's well served with both train and plane, I mean it's not like going to Milan, but it's not too much harder to get there than to go to Bologna for example. If you leave from Paris there's a night train to Mestre-Venice (leaving at 20:33 and arriving at 9:21) and once there you can take the train to Udine. If you arrive by plane from Paris there are AirFrance flights to Trieste Airport, or Ryanair flights to Treviso Airport (then you can take the bus to Mestre train station), or AirFrance and Easyjet flights to Venice. Easyjet has a flight from Lyon to Venice on Sunday 30th and it's rather cheap at the moment. So as you can see there are means to reach Udine easily :) But of course you must be sure you want to travel alone at least for part of your journey. Seeing there are still days available for other dates to be added, maybe you can wait a bit and see if a French date pops out and then choose what to do :nice:

The night train sounds nice, is there any indication in english or in french at the Venice train station ? (just in case i get lost :) ) I hope they'll anounce some French show tomorrow, cause if not, I might take my ticket for Italy ^^ I might be needing some help then for my poor italian skill if I have to buy my ticket on the italian website -_-

December 22, 200817 yr Loads of Croatian sites offered a trip and concert ticket to the event. I payed mine today. And ticket will be delivered to me in 10 days!!!
December 22, 200817 yr Cool! How much did you pay for the whole thing (ticket+transport)? There's a 80-90€ offer if I go with koncerti.net but I guess it'd be MUCH cheaper if I travelled by car.
December 22, 200817 yr Well Im from Zadar. So I have to pay a ticket to get me to Rijeka, and then to Udine. So for me its cheaper like this. Ticket and transport from Rijeka is around 90€!
