Yeah, he was bleeding at the nose. He hurt himself at the nose with drum stick or something like that.

Well, Chris' hair is grown a bit. It looks very nice and they wear their normal Viva La Vida outfits. :D

They talked a bit with the host after it and the lucky girl who won the second bet met Chris. Then the host Thomas Gottschalk asked Will what's going on and he said he hurt himself. :)

Chris still has his beard. He wore the violet V-T-Shirt.

It was definitely live. Chris was a bit out of breath at the end and messed up some lines. I think he isn't that well. He couldn't hit some tones.

Guy was kind of invisible in my opinion. There wasn't even a spotlight on him. :stunned:

But though Will was bleeding he seemd to be full of energy, Chris jumped around and danced as always, Jonny seemed a bit ... I don't know. And as I said, Guy was 'invisivble'.

 

They talked to the host afterwards and he asked them how many grammies they want to get and Chris said they'd be fine with none or one. ;)

 

 

Edit: I don't think Will hurt himself during the performence because you would have seen it and the first time the camera was on him I say he was still bleeding. I think he hurt himself just before the came on.

Wow, I really loved that performance! :heart: But is it just me or did Chris actually sang some parts a bit differently? I can't explain it, but some parts really sounded different to my ears... :confused: Well, at least this proofs it was live! :D

Sad the cameras didn't seem to pay much attention to Guy for some reason... :confused:

And those stairs...! Somehow I was really afraid Chris would fall down... Glad he didn't. :lol:

But Will's bleeding nose! I was like ":shocked2: WHAT happened to his nose/face?!" when I saw that during the performance... At first I thought my eyes had played a trick on me, but then he held his head so high all the time and I started wondering... Well, after the performance he said he just hurt himself and Chris looked so worried but he had to shake hands with that girl and talk to the host first! But when they left everyone patted on Will's shoulder... Really cute how much they care about each other! :)

this was rather disappointing, in my honest opinion :rolleyes:

chris should just stick to the "normal" versions of the songs without fooling around so much, at least when it comes to tv shows, because the accoustic isn't that good anyway. two minutes into the song, my dad said he thought the singing was poor :( and he isn't too familiar with coldplay, so i thought he wouldn't notice but he did. so yeah, a bit disappointed... but they all looked great :)

Yep very nice performance although I thought they would also be guests, not just performing Viva La Vida. It was a nice performance though, with Chris adding ''Dankeschoen'' at the end. No whoa whoas this time as the audience wasn't that interested in singing along I think.

And btw. there was even some belly button action from Chris ...

Even Tom Cruise seems to be a fan of them .... (in my opinion they can do without it!!).

Yeah, Jonny seemd not that happy. I just can't stop thinking about why and what relly happend to Will. :thinking:

 

And Chris was singing it in a different way. Wasn't the way you know Viva but maybe he just didn't want to do it again and again the same way. But was it just me or was Wills singing louder this time?

I guess Chris changed some of the lines a bit because he may have problems to hit the high notes ... :confused:

 

But at some stages I thought that the audience must think of him that he was drunken, 'cause the way he danced or staggered around must give this impression.

I don't what happened to Will but it happened very fast. I think in the beginning his nose was fine. It must have hurt! I mean his nose started bleeding, he must have hit it pretty hard. :\

No talking....thats sad! Why!!!! Its Coldplay - they are Superstars, the greates band in the world with a lot of interesting stories. The show sucks!!!! I hate it everytime. So lame!!!!

Poor Will...but the show must go on. There was no time for a break for him in this song. He is a hero!!!!

 

It was Playback and Chris was singing live. There was a double sound of his voice.

I think the performance was quite good. Ok Chris had some wrong tunes here and there, but it wasn't that bad for me. I think Will was pretty good, as you could hear his voice quite often. Is it just me or did Jonny look very serious at the end of the song? :D Poor Will! First during the first chorus I thought "hm? is he bleeding?" but I wasn't quite sure. But he continued, very brave! :)
