Should Coldplay: A) Disband completely and stop touring/recording; B) Find a new 4th bandmate and carry on touring and recording; or C) Not replace Guy, but continue touring and recording. It would be weird if Guy became a monk (though he is wearing a cross these days...) but I don't see the boys condemning his choice to become one and get a new permanent member unless Guy had some input on who or stopping completely. I could see them doing a "Mew" and still recording just the three of them with a live bassist for tour but not having a permanent bass player. I could see how they could continue recording without Guy, because the instruments are recorded separately anyways, so one of the others could just record the bass part, but how would they be able to perform without replacing Guy?
