Like thinking about the past year a lot....if it was a good or a bad year....and the new year may be like...etc...etc?

 

Usually I am not like that.....usually I think the next year will continue just like the old year has ended. This time it's different, because there will be some changes at work on monday...we finally got the room for our band to practice.-...which means that I really have a band now which I have been dreaming of for years...and I have the impression I have changed the attitude towards myself during the past months...so for some reason I am quite optimistic (finally!) about the upcoming year....I really hope this will last for some months....:uhoh:

I think this last year has been kind of heavy on a lot of people. I know I went through a lot myself and I'm just ready to get on with next year.

 

I do get sentimental at the end of the year. But I just like the idea of refreshing yourself, putting everything that went wrong behind you. I even cut my hair at around 4 AM last night/this morning, just to start things off with something a little different.

 

Plus, I'm excited for next year! I'm graduating in 2010 so. :)

I'm sentimental at the end of every year. But this year was very great for me and so it's so much harder for me the say goodbye...

-cause some years ago was the worst month of my whole life and i still remember it (and will ever do)

-then i do the "normal" thing of analyze what i've done during the current year and compare it with the previous one and the one i would liked it to be like...

-i get melancholic at least, may be slightly depressed, more if the weather is not helping, as is the case now.

 

i didn't liked that year (Ok some things were amazing, but it could have been better), i really hope it'll be different for next year, so far i started new habits today.

I usually don't get sentimental because the 1st January is always just like the 31st of December ... but this time I actually think that the new year could be significant and just different ... so I'm not sentimental, I'm actually quite hopeful. :wacky:

I'm pretty sentimental this year, because 2009 was a crazy year for me and I know 2010 will be really huge as well (I'm graduating from high school and starting college :uhoh:).

Yeah I definately will get sentimental. I lived some pretty amazing experiences this year with people I really miss now and who I wish were with me now. Argh. But I know next year will be cool too :)

having that band, better times at work (actually the thing that made past year a shit year), having more friends around.....and uhm well.....maybe finding someone to love

 

in these cases I definitely want it to be a better year.....when it comes to health and family stuff it was a good year...and I hope that won't change
