When you put on shirts, do you generally put your head through the head hole first or your arms through the arm holes first

A little confusing if you're putting on tank tops or sleeveless shirts, though. As I'm sure you know.

I don't really think about how I put it on, I just do it.

I do it both ways, most of the time I don't pay attention to the way I put my shirt on.

It just seems more practical and efficient.

 

Head first:

 

Person sticks head in, looks around for their limbs and flaps to meet the arm holes. Looks stupid.

 

Arms first:

 

Even worse, nothing worse then trying to stick your head through a hole.

 

One arm in, use the other arm to put the head through the neck hole, and then it's easy to put the other arm into the other arm hole.

Ever since I got my Bowflex I don't wear shirts.

Also, I go heads first unless of course it is a bra, in which arms first.
