Carol was outside screaming "nooooo!" at something she was watching, so I'm guessing it's not her. Or maybe it's not anyone new? Maybe Rick's just reflecting on the loss of Shane, thinking back when things were good between them? I suppose we'll find out in a few days. that is definately a good point and could happen. I didn't love Lori, didn't hate her either, but the loss of her will drive him fucking bananas. I keep rewatching the last scene when he breaks down. Heartbreaking. Bravo, Andrew Lincoln.
