How do you sleep?

I always sleep listening to my iPod, even when I'm sleeping out. Not when I'm in a relationship though. I used to fall asleep to 'Stone In Focus' by Aphex Twin on repeat. I've also used 'An Ending (An Ascent)' by Brian Eno many times too. Nowadays I fall asleep to Podcasts.

I sleep in the middle of my Prince (or 3/4) bed, on my side. It does depress me that since I have started sleeping alone there is now a slight groove in the middle where I lie, whereas before the weight was spread with two bodies on either side.

I sleep well, usually. Takes me a while to get to sleep but I rarely wake up in the middle of the night.

On your back, side or front? On my side, scrunched over most of the time.

Alone, with a partner? Alone

In a tiny bed, or a king sized? Just a single bed ( bunk bed if that makes a difference )

Listening to music, or just silence? I listen to a short playlist and then if I'm not asleep I take out my earphones.

Do you sleep well? Yeah, I can fall asleep within 20 minutes of lying down in bed.

Do you sleep with anyone who snores? thankfully no.

On my side. Always. I used to fall asleep to this tape with a sleazy guy telling the story of Aladdin, but now I fall asleep to the sound of my cat clock wagging it's tail.

Oh I didn't answer the bed question:

I have 2 beds actually.....one in my flat and one at home (my parents' house)....I don't know which one I prefer at the moment.

the one in my flat is high up like half a metre away from the ceiling....it is really really comfortable to sleep in it, because it isn't that big and it feels like in a cosy hut or something-...I think I have never slept in such a comfy bed (ok I haven't slept in THAT many different beds haha)....but I am not able to sit in it properly....which sucks....my neck/back is kinda fucked because of it....and sometimes I'd jus tlove to take my laptop with me when I go to bed just to get comfy....so that's the negative thing about it....

I like my bed at home because it is big (140x200) and it is easier to get comfy in it when you want to do other stuff than sleeping (laptop etc....)....

when I was still a student at uni or at school I used to study on my bed...I didn't even need a desk...

on my side or front, all alone on a huge bed:bigcry:

with the tv on and a lite on all nite coz i hate silence and darkness:uhoh:

as for sleeping well i dont know, i wake up loads of times and can only sleep for 5 hours:blank:

Also, my room needs to be cold because I get hot easily.

Me too. :anxious:

I fall asleep to anything, from Gold Guns Girls by Metric to Paranoid Android by Radiohead to Blood, Tears & Gold by Hurts.

My current favorite is watching some Mystery Science Theater 3000 to help me fall asleep, for some reason it's very relaxing to watch!

I can also fall asleep to podcasts, I don't know why though; usually talking wakes me up.

I really like falling asleep to music but I don't put my mp3 player on before I sleep, because I am afraid it could hurt my ears or somthing like than when I fell asleep haha.....falling asleep to music is so good though and then waking up again for some minutes or seconds...

I sleep on my right side in a tiny bed all alone, i don't fall asleep easily i'm usually in bed for about 2 hours before i'm asleep and wake up a lot during the night, i used to share a room with my sister but i had to move to another room because i sleep with the lights on (i read a lot before bed and i'm too lazy to go turn them off:P), i only listen to music if i'm having trouble sleeping, and this is silly but i can't fall asleep if i'm wearing socks:shrug::embarrassed:

on my side with my blanket covering my ears. never on my back, i'm scared i could choke. alone in my quite small bed. used to have radio on at night, liked how the songs sometimes came into my dreams and also because in silence my thoughts haunted me.. nowadays just in silence. I usually sleep well but I go to bed quite late and sleep up to 7 hours

I sometimes sleep well and another times i can't sleep that's horrible. I usually sleep front if I don't i can't sleep

- I usually fall asleep on my abdomen, but I always wake up in weird positions (feet on the pillow and head on the end of the bed is not unusual for me)

- Alone

- Double-sized bed

- No music

- I've never had problems with sleeping.

- No. But sometimes I can hear my dog snoring.

talksport usually puts me to sleep

On saturday's when I have the radio on in work for the footie, their constant 'jokes' and referrals to the snood help me gently drift off at my desk.

How can you sleep with the TV and the lights on? I can't unless I'm dead tired! Well, it makes sense if you don't like the dark :uhoh:

I have a feeling I'm gonna sleep like a baby in a few minutes :wacky:
