Will put up a new revised final draft of lyrics later (on iPad atm!) The problem with live lyrics is they're easily changed or slightly altered during each performance so it makes it hard to get a definitive list together, but I think we're just about there on this one!

Could be COVER, could be COLOR, put COLOR in a British speaker software and you'll see that it's how Chris speaks. "How come it 'round to get us? How come it 'round when they don't know the facts" Could be IT or THEY. Every festival I hear a different thing. "'Cause you do" I think it's "Yes, you do" The rest is, I guess, perfect

July 17, 201114 yr ^ :thinking: I still don't get what you mean with the 'AND names' bit but in several of the recordings I think Chris sings 'and we're writing the same' As in: There ARE names on every surface --> Chris and co. are writing the names also But, Chris is bound to change the lyrics, so this will probably change ;)

The focus of the verse is not ON WHAT you are writing but WHAT you are writing what is on these streets, cars, surfaces, and names, then? :P the focus may not be ON WHAT, but the first line the way you've written it is an incomplete thought...
