that's a different story usually. I was lucky because Roseland had the presale so you could get in 1/2 hour early and there were not a lot of people so it was easy to get back, but for this I would definitely use the restroom before entering the venue.

I find that I enjoy concerts more when I just put away the electronics and just enjoy the music and my surroundings. The pictures I take are always really shitty and stuff, and I just like to enjoy everything without the distractions.

 

Same with vacations. If all I do is take pictures I won't get to soak everything in. If that makes sense.

Yeah that's what I'm starting to think. It would be one thing if I were going to more than one show (I could take more pics/vids during one). But I'm only going to one, and I want to really enjoy it. I'm sure lots of other people will take videos and post them on YouTube to help me remember after the fact. :D

Gigs are lame now. It's just hipsters pointing their mobiles in the way of your view of the band. For a big band there's always like fifty camera phones in front of you, annoying you, detracting not only the person who is filming but more importantly everyone behind. Retards. Take a proper camera instead.

Well all three UK dates have sold out. They're now on Viagogo for £200-250 a ticket. Ridiculous. Especially since these tickets were supposed to be stopping the scalpers.

It took the Amsterdam Ziggo Dome about an hour to sell out today. I managed to get tickets, thank god.

Ticketmaster and their endless line-ups... Sigh.

 

Oh and Creep is amazing. Would love to hear that one in Amsterdam (wishful thinking).
