Radiohead

Well, that's just the way he is. I suppose you'd have to watch a few episodes to get his sense of humor. He cracks me up, although I always cringe when watching his interviews because sometimes you can't tell if the people he's interviewing understand that he's joking around most of the time.

Ya I never watched him before..and yes oh my god, I found the "Global Warming" interview part cringe worthy.

  • Lol I haven't been here in 5 years but I decided to pop my head back in for some nostalgia. Seems like this was my last post so here's an update... I finally saw Radiohead live in Manchester in 2017 a

Apparently I missed another chance to buy tickets via WASTE today...the music gods really don't want me seeing them this week :bigcry:. Watching Colbert just made me despair more over it

What, did they have another allocation?

I'm a huge Colbert fan and even I have to admit that global warming section was not so good.

It made it seem like Thom Yorke doesn't really know about global warming so he resorts to talking points like "corporations are bad for the environment"

Found another MMM link here for anyone like me who can't access the videos on the website.

Just saw the Colbert performances and wow...just wow.

Bloom was....incredible! That song is so rhythmically diverse and each part is so independent that there is such a high level of possibility for FUBARing it live, but it was flawless. Say what you will (if you aren't a fan), but as a classically trained musician myself I have such a high level of respect for the music Thom and crew put out. There is such complexity and texture, not to mention that they challenge their listener with music that is so cerebral. I completely appreciate it.

IT'S HAPPENING... looking forward to seeing the setlist soon.

I'm also curious to find out what happens with the ticket situation (whether people got screwed over from the auctions).

It annoys me that they play Arpeggi so early on in their sets

it's their best song (imo) and should be played later!

Subterranean Homesick Alien???!....shit i wish i was there!!

iM JEALOUS TOO :(

Apparently they covered REM before Everything in Its Right Place..according to twitter.

Sounds awesome. Apparently Metric and several celebs were in attendance and probably bought out all the tickets before most regular fans could buy them.

They'll probably keep all the TKOL stuff in their setlists for the meantime because people haven't heard those songs live before, but I wouldn't be surprised to see the other stuff shuffled.
