Remember all the rumors before Viva came out. Prospekts March was floating around as new album title. Glass of water, Poppyfields, Left Right Left all songs that was going to be on the new album Prospekts March. Well none of that ended up being true, even though they were all real songs. They are the biggest band in the world for a reason, let them do there thing.

I didn't like at first how 'Mylo Xyloto' sounded, but I have to say I really like the artist(s?) that is/are behind all the links in the front page. Frida Kahlo a few years ago, now this; I wish they shared a little bit more of their 'artists discoveries'. This is totally linked, and awesome stuff.

 

But I do think too that 'Mylo Xyloto' is only the full name of the intro song MX, and that it's possible that they only named this one with this name because it had xylophones in it. Nothing to 'worry' about... Thanks for sharing anyway, even if I'm a bit late.

I can understand your finding of the album title mylo xyloto but i dont think it is gonna be released on 10th oct. The oracle I think said that the album title was set a fair while ago (and that its funny that people refer to it as lp5 when coldplay really knows what its going to be). Also a few reviews have said about the 24th of October. Can't wait :)

Well the interview was taken a week before Glasto, wasn't it? Maybe they decided on Mylo Xyloto a few weeks later and then registered it?
