For some reason, when I click the link to read more of the fine print, it doesn't take me anywhere. Could anyone copy and paste all the rules here under a spoiler?

 

I'm a pretty down-to-earth, realistic person, but I'm totally fangirling at the mere thought of this :lol:. Mostly for the MX listening session, actually...even though the winners will be contractually obligated not to be able to talk/write a word about it like all of us were for "Christmas Lights"...for selfish reasons the mere idea is making me all wiggly :wacky:. I've already met the band (but briefly :P), so that's all well and good too, but it's really the MX listening and opportunity to have an all-expenses-paid Coldplay adventure to a part of the world I've never been to before :dance:

Bowers & Wilkins "Sound Sessions – Coldplay" GIVEAWAY RULES

 

1. Eligibility: BWSoundSessions.com "Bowers & Wilkins Sound Sessions – Coldplay" Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and Canada who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, Bowers & Wilkins and/or BWSoundSessions.com, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliated, or related companies, advertising agencies, or any other company or individual involved with the design, production, execution, distribution, or judging of the Giveaway, and the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. None of Sponsor nor any advertising agency or other company or individual involved with the design, production, execution, distribution, or judging of the Giveaway warrant that participation in this Giveaway is permitted under applicable law(s) in any jurisdiction. 3. Timing: The Giveaway consists of one (1) promotion period (the "Promotion Period"), which begins on August 25, 2011 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern time ("ET") and ends on September 7, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. ET. Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway.

 

4. How to Enter:

 

(a) Grand Prize Drawing: During the Promotion Period, visit http://www.BWSoundSessions.com and follow the links and instructions to complete the registration for the Giveaway. Or, you may register through B&W's Facebook page, Facebook.com/BowersWilkins. Registration is free. Complete and submit the registration including your name, code a valid home address including zip code, phone number, and email address. P.O. boxes are not permitted. You will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Drawing.

 

(b) Limit: Each eligible participant may submit only one entry per day, and only one entry per eligible participant shall be accepted per day into the Grand Prize Drawing.

 

© For All Entry Methods: Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of bots or any other automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or player. 5. Drawings: Sponsor's decisions as to the administration and operation of the Giveaway and the selection of the potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. For the Grand Prize Drawing, Sponsor will randomly select three (3) potential winners from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, on or around September 8, 2011. The three (3) potential winners will be notified by email or phone within one (1) business day from the date of selection and will have twenty-four (24) hours after notification to respond to Sponsor and accept his/her prize. In addition, each potential winner will be required to submit valid identification and other information to verify eligibility prior to prize delivery, which may include an Affidavit of Eligibility (including social security number) and Liability/Publicity Release in order to claim his/her prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to accept his/her prize within twenty-four (24) hours after selection, or fails to sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release within the required time period, that potential winner forfeits prize. Potential winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules; winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only five (5) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded.

 

6. Prizes: GRAND PRIZE: Each Grand Prize consists of a trip for the winner plus one guest to Austin, TX. Trip package includes: roundtrip coach-class airfare for two (2) from a major airport near winner's home in the U.S. or Canada (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Austin, TX; up to three (3) days and two (2) nights accommodations at the Hilton Austin Airport hotel (single room, double occupancy); and two (2) tickets to Coldplay's performance scheduled for 8:00 p.m. local time on September 16, 2011, at Austin City Limits (includes VIP access to the Bowers & Wilkins Sound Session with Coldplay prior to the concert on September 16, 2011 and entry into the full Austin City Limits Friday concert). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $1,500.00, depending on exact itinerary. Travel must be booked through Sponsor's travel provider. Travel must be roundtrip. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Giveaway, and those set forth by the Sponsor's airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including (but not limited to) airport transfers to/from hotel and other ground transportation, meals, in-room charges (e.g., mini-bar, movies), telephone calls, gratuities, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes, or other expenses, are the responsibility solely of winner. Unless child of winner, travel companion must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. Travel companion must execute required liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. Travel restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. If, in the judgment of Sponsor, air travel is not required due to winner's proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air travel at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers, or certificates. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Prizes cannot be redeemed for any cash value, credit, or future promotions. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Prizes may be subject to reporting for tax and other purposes. Winners should consult their tax advisers with respect to any applicable taxes relating to any prize. Winners agree to supply Sponsor with any information necessary for tax reporting purposes and to cooperate in fulfilling all applicable legal requirements. Odds of winning a Giveaway prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the corresponding drawing period for each particular prize. Only one (1) prize per person.

 

7. Release: By entering, each entrant agrees (i) to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and any other organization responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising, or promoting the Giveaway, and each of their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including (but not limited to) personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use or misuse of any prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) and/or the broadcast, exploitation, or use of any entry; and (ii) to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless each Released Party from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to entrant's participation in the Giveaway and/or entrant's acceptance, use, or misuse of prize.

 

8. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Giveaway constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's and its agents' use of winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, whether now known or hereafter developed, throughout the world in perpetuity, without further payment or consideration. Nothing shall obligate Sponsor or any advertising agency or other company or individual involved with the design, production, execution, distribution, or judging of the Giveaway to so use or engage in any of the above.

 

9. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or those of any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

 

10. Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway; (2) technical failures of any kind, including (but not limited to) malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Giveaway; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged, or stolen mail; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant's sole remedy is another entry in the Giveaway, provided that if it is not possible to award another entry due to discontinuance of the Giveaway, or any part of it, for any reason, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming, or any other reasons cause more than stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims.

 

11. Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts or the appropriate Massachusetts State Court located in Worcester County, Massachusetts; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Giveaway, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Note to entrants that are under 18: It looks like you'll have to enter using your parents' names, and if you win but your parents can't come with you to Austin on those dates, you are disqualified. I was going to enter using my parents names too even though I'm old (:P), but I doubt they'd be able to get off work if they won in their names, and that would ruin everything :sad:. My brother probably could miss two days of college if he actually won :P, and I'm unemployed :awesome:.
