September 9, 201114 yr I think either AHT or DLIBYH will be quite weird-sounding, lots of synthy blips and stuff. Sortof like Diplomat's Son by Vampire Weekend. If DLIBYH is really loud and climatic and guitar-y, then I think AHT will definitely be a sortof ballad but with a higher tempo.
September 9, 201114 yr Since I've heard the title, I have constantly pictured an Amsterdam-esque sound. It's a beautiful title.
September 9, 201114 yr I don't like the title, don't know why. But as long as the song is good I will find a way to handle it. ;)

I was thinking more along the lines of Massive Attack's Flat of the Blade.
September 9, 201114 yr This is probably one of the few tracks I really want to hear just based on the title. :nice:
September 9, 201114 yr Since I've heard the title, I have constantly pictured an Amsterdam-esque sound. It's a beautiful title. Yes, I definitely agree with this/I would love to hear a song like this.. btw I love your username -- I'm almost as excited for September 22nd as I am for October 24th
September 9, 201114 yr DLIBYH complete title is cheesy :phu:, but I think I'll love it anyway :P A Hopeful Transmission :dazzled: is the best in the tracklisting
September 10, 201114 yr Massive waves of strange sounds. I agree with Samuel_94 and I think too that part of the Studiofeed#1 or something like that will be part of AHT.
September 10, 201114 yr yeah,I think it's gonna be one of those songs whose title isn't mentioned in the lyrics, like Don't Panic or Amsterdam. I will be quite satisfied if the song turns half as good as those ones.
September 10, 201114 yr to me..the tittle bears kind of similar to a DAAHF type of song. imo...what do you think?
September 10, 201114 yr if there are any songs that are absolutely jam-packed with outer-space/alien noises, i suspect they are A Hopeful Transmission and UFO:chris::jonny::will::phil::escaping:
September 10, 201114 yr I like it, but for some reason without it being in the context of the album, I think of a car's transmission, which sucks.
September 11, 201114 yr I'm picturing a cross between Don't Panic and Amsterdam :wacky: And if it's half as good as that then . . . well . . . I guess I'll have a new favorite song :D
