September 11, 201114 yr I couldn't help it, but as soon as I heard the title "Don't Let It Break Your Heart" it made me think of the Backstreet Boys song "I'll Never Break Your Heart"! Seriously, just change the lyrics a little: "Don't let it break your heart Don't let it make you cry"... Maybe that's what Coldplay did!:laugh3:

September 11, 201114 yr Reminds of Eels, actually, so I'm good with that :nice: [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f9Zg0UnAYvs]I'm going to stop pretending that I didn't break your heart (The Eels) - YouTube[/ame]
September 12, 201114 yr @coldinmo: It was the same for me! I also instantly thought of this BB song XD @Basilica: Hearing the title the first time made me think that there are a lot other songs with same name;) There is just another one: [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JOWQxhfLBag]Agnostic Front - Us Against The World - YouTube[/ame]

September 13, 201114 yr I think this is the song that I am mostly looking forward to just because of the title :P
September 13, 201114 yr I think while Up in Flames will be a song exclaiming disaster and quiet chaos, DLIBYH will be a softer ballad to make up for it. Not all the songs on this album should be in your face and loud as hell.
September 14, 201114 yr People were saying the same thing about Hurts Like Heaven. Stop judging a song by the title and wait til you hear the music.
September 14, 201114 yr People were saying the same thing about Hurts Like Heaven. Stop judging a song by the title and wait til you hear the music. Come on! We're not saying that the song sucks, we're just saying what the name makes us think about.:dozey:
September 16, 201114 yr I'm just saying that they could have named it better. I'm not judging the song.
October 8, 201114 yr The title makes me think that this one can be a huge song. Like Don't Stop Believing or With or Without You or something. Just tell you guys, I don't think we have heard the best song on MX yet. For me, it must be this one or Up With The Birds.

Just tell you guys, I don't think we have heard the best song on MX yet. For me, it must be this one or Up With The Birds. Exactly. There isn't a single song that starts with "Don't" that isn't a masterpiece - Don't Look Back in Anger, Don't Stop Believing, Don't Stop Me Now...:wink3:

When we heard it, we might realise that actually A Hopeful Transmission is the best track on MX. :shocked2:
October 9, 201114 yr You missed the small but tender U.F.O. ;) Btw, who knows. When we heard it, we might realise that actually A Hopeful Transmission is the best track on MX. :shocked2: I didn't miss it actually. This song may be very good, but doubt that a song on 2.18 (it is 2.18, right?) will be THAT massive. A Hopeful Transmission is just a small intro, at least if the people from the listening party are telling the truth/remember right.
October 10, 201114 yr People LOVE Don't Panic and it's only 2:17! Yeah, but it's not massive like VLV or Fix You. Mostly (not only, I know) real Coldplay-fans love it. It's not the type of song that would attract new listeners for the band today.
