How can so many people be on their camera's when they're near the front row and Charlie Brown is on?! Love the wristbands though! Hope they do them at Emirates...

I want one too. :wideeyed: So awesome. :awesome:

Has anyone visited http://www.myloxyloto.com yet? URL is on the back of your wristband, along with a unique code.

If you enter the URL into your browser it takes you to a placeholder screen that says "Please check back here on Monday 04 December".

What will it be?

A free download of an unreleased track.

Live tracks from the concert you attended (another Leftrightleftright type affair)

Will it enable the LED on your wristband

Pics from the gig

Intrigued!

(Might not be possible for them to do the wristbands at the UK stadium shows in June - not properly dark until 11pm so if Coldplay play 9-10.30pm will the effect be as pronounced? I hope those who are not attending an MX show until then get to experience the wristbands, as they are super cool!)

On this tour, the crowd will be given radio-controlled glowbands. How they looked during Charlie Brown in Glasgow...

On the December arena tour, the audience will be given radio-controlled glowbands.

They would go bancrupt if they gave them away for free on all ~150 shows to ~20.000 people.

On the VLV tour 3.000.000 people saw them live. That's a lot of glowbands.

Sad but true

I was there last night (3/12/11) at the Secc in Glasgow.

The Glowbands do still flash initially when you leave, but then are turned off.

They dont flash to any beat as posted by Nikola. As the bands were only activated for certain songs.

The bands are free and you can take them home for a "keepsake" which is good.

I have no clue if the band can now be activated by myself in anyway. Would be good though.

Heres a photo of mine...

You mean like giving away a free CD to everyone that attended their show during Viva.

I smell a video shoot. Would have to take place in a city that has 2 shows booked. So maybe in London. :D

It looks amazing!

I hope that they keep doing it past these gigs! I mean, they gave out the LRLRL CD's at all the gigs in the later leg of the VIVA tour. I want a chance to experience the wristbands in action and to take one home.

I didn't know they gave away free LRLRL CDs after the VIVA shows. Just the free download. That was an unnecessary waste, don't you agree?

I don't know how much these glowbands cost, but they pretty much have to by the entire factory to produce them just for CP. :D

I don't think it was a waste at all! I love my CD of LRLRL. I listened to it in the car on the way home from the gig. It's something I'll have the rest of my life to remind me of that gig and how much fun I had. It's unique and it's not something everyone owns since they only gave out the physical copy at the shows. They could have easily released that as a regular CD and made us pay for it and we would have gladly have given our money away. I think it was a very nice gesture on their part. Admittedly the glowbands probably cost more to produce than the CD, but I would still think they could easily afford to give them away at all the gigs.

GLASGLOW! :awesome:

I was just guessing at glowbands and beats... :D

The gadgets/things I saw before did glow to any beat.

Maybe they work in a different way, or they "locked" them on purpose and you'll be able to unlock them on myloxyloto.com.

Let's not overanalyze this.

Hey, I totally agree, it's awesome for us, but is it for them? :D
