Can someone explain this tweet? It says AHFOD is available on iTunes in the US. I checked, but I'm not seeing anything. Is this only for people on the East Coast?

They probably just mean that because it's available on the east cost, it means available in the USA which counts as being available in the country though not the whole country technically.

Okay....I just checked again....all songs are showing up that they can be purchased in the Music app. However, the iTunes store does not have the songs for sale yet. And I preordered it, so I should not have to pay a second time!

That must be the East coast yes. It should be 20 minutes or so past midnight there now. It will roll out through the USA in the next four hours I believe, heading west :)
