I'm pretty good for whenever really, midday to evening would be great in my timezone. But I can probs make most things (besides if it happens to fall on at 3am or something :P )

It looks like we have a majority for evening (European timezone) of Saturday Dec 2nd then. I'm waiting for one more confirmation from someone, then will announce it officially. I will also try and have the file up for download by tomorrow ! :)
