I don't think she is beautiful, but I don't think she is ugly either. About the video part, I only watched the last part where the man gives her a ticket & she looks at the guy sitting next to her. So, can't really tell you what's it about, sorry :P

I got her album... wowoowowowowooooooooooooo........ how amazing is THIS!!!

 

She sings sooo delicately, and it's almost as if her lyrics are coming straight from inside, like she didn't have to write them down beforehand...

 

It's really hard to explain how much Norah Jones has sturck a chord inside me... All I can say is
