And it's so lovely to have a like a thing that marks the start of your fandom.

I guess for me that should be the concert I attended last year, but I've known them for much longer. I have memories of the music videos of Talk and The Scientist, but not like a moment that I really know I heard them first... And I also still try to figure out why my ears weren't open for their music earlier. I mean, the last few months it has been soooo meaningfull to me and my life. I should have known them earlier!

Everytime I'm amazed by what you tell that Coldplay means to you.

A couple of months ago I've written to Coldplay, but didn't send it to the Bakery or something.

I did send it to Debs, as fanmail is supposed to go to her. But I also really want to put down in words what they mean to me and what idols/heroes they are to me.

Let's hope that we one day will have that chance.

It's going fine. I'm not very confident in front of clients though, and am having a hard time hiding it :\ It's because I don't know our products very well, so I find it difficult to advise people. My boss told me I should go talking to the clients more, but like 2 out 3 clients that enter the shop are long time customers and they know her very well, so they trust her. But I'm new, so I don't know them and they don't know me, so they don't trust me, and whenever someone enters I don't really know how to talk to them. You know ?

But in one week I've learned a lot already, it's interesting and I'm among beautiful clothes all day :awesome:

be yourself, think like you to be professional and not a person under evaluation by customers idiots and ask your colleagues or boss to explain the most significant products sold, when they have a little time outside of work and if it does not bother them. (you said their is to better serve customers, I need to know the products)

It will get easier Celine, think what you have already learned.. and the clients will warm to you, eventually, and I think Lory gives good advice, yes BE yourself... chat to them, the long term clients, yes they will know you don't know yet, but you will. Most people will understand, we all have to learn sometime. :D And the new ones that come in.. they have NO idea you are new, so you have a chance to show off what you do know. Be confident, the owner would not have employed you if she didn't think you were going to be an asset to them.. :D Hard I know to start again.. I am going to be doing that soon... :shocked2:
