  1. It's close to Camden if you're going there. I don't think there's any tourist attractions other than the market.
  2. Oops sorry I just googled it. Have you got the address/ postcode?
  3. Had to google this. Do you mean this one? http://www.thelondonbakery.co.uk/index.html It's in Knightsbridge so it will be near Harrods, the Natural History Museum and the Royal Albert Hall. And it's probably going to be rather expensive.
  4. Have fun! How long are you going for? I've only moved here two months ago but maybe I can help you if you've got any questions. :)
  5. aww that's cute! Let us know how it goes :wacky:
  6. I've listened to it three times now, been trying to do an essay at the same time though so haven't listened to it properly yet. I like it but I don't love it . My favourite songs are Paradise, Up in Flames and Us Against the World. I like it much better than Viva La Vida (which I didn't really like) but it's nowhere near as good as the first two albums.
  7. Same, I generally buy music from the itunes store.
  8. Yeah same, I sometimes don't even log in. I know people would probably post more if someone actually created interesting threads but I can't really think of good topics to discuss.
  9. I don't know yet. It will probably be a last minute costume because I've got two essays in on the 1 November. If I manage to finish them, that is. :(
  10. I'd say most people use them because they come with their ipod/ iphone. At least Apple headphones don't break easily, I used to break my headphones all the time when I had a discman.
  11. I don't come here as often as I used to because this forum has gotten very quiet recently.
  12. 13C but it's been quite warm today
  13. Maybe they bought it because they actually like the phone? It's down to personal preference at the end of the day. The iphone's easy to use and it's the best choice if you want to use your phone as a music player. With the iphone being so popular, there is more apps than for any other phone and many of them are free. Also you don't need to spend £45 a month to get an iphone.
  14. Good luck Emma, hope you feel better soon!
  15. Welcome back!
  16. I don't the changes are groundbreaking so I won't be getting it. However, if I didn't already have an iphone 4 I'd definitely go for the new one.
  17. Very sad news, he will be missed. RIP :(
  18. But you really are pretty. :)
  19. I've met a lot of Americans since I started my Masters and there are students from all over the world at my university. No one here dislikes Americans or looks down on them, if anything, people are jealous because most of them are from much more exciting places than we are.
  20. I miss living up North, it's far too hot here in London.
  21. Same but I preferred the cold, rainy weather. It's meant to be 29C tomorrow which is far too hot for my liking.
  22. Fair enough. As I said, I like Coldplay and I'm sure their new album will do well but I can't see it being that successful. They aren't the most successful band in their own country, nevermind the most successful artist but I'm not sure how popular they are elsewhere. You only ever hear about the UK and the US charts.
  23. I doubt it. You don't look at everyone's sales, you only look at artists you like. Justin Bieber has 36 000 000 fans on Facebook, Rihanna has 45 000 000. None of Coldplay's albums was the best selling album of the year in the UK.
