Theres no way the video for Viva La Vida is going to win short form video. Its one of the most bland videos they've ever made.

I've thought since day one that X&Y stood up excellently with their previous work. Its a good album with a slightly different flavor than their first two. It got no complaints from me. Viva gets far more critiques from me and everyone else I know.

I agree their too paranoid about what thier reviews. Its not as if its reflected in album sales. I have to say I've never seen another band give so much credence to what those idiots have to say before.

I'll be 51....that will make the guys what... 56-57. Hopefully they'll still be making music like all the greats.

Yeah for Coldplay!! I'm a big fan of the Eagles normally but I cant stand their latest album so I'm completely at ease rooting for Coldplay alone on this one.

I know they like Apple products ( I do too) but I kinda hate to see them start to go down that road...Their music is too good for commercials. It already bothers me that people tell me they use their music on that damn show "the hills" ugh.

I recently got into the fox show 'bones' so now I've rented the previous seasons and have been watching multiple episodes a day when I should be studying.

I absolutely cant picture this song with lyrics now, it should very cool to hear it.

I really don't care for the official video, but the alternate "King version" is awesome.

I agree on several points.

I voted for AROBTTH, but honestly Parachutes and X&Y are a close second.

Its between Shiver, the Scientist, and the Hardest Part for me.

While I too think this is one their greatest neglected gems, its been so long since they wrote it I really doubt it will ever see the light of day.

X & Y was and is awesome, and gets more play in our house than Viva by far. ROL: decent but underdeveloped. It just doesn't seem to go anywhere and the piano should have been allowed to shine a bit more. CSC: I like it a lot actually, but it does sound more like B-side material.

I don't listen to the radio much but when I do I've only heard it a handful of times. They don't play them all that much here period, but I'm pretty sure they played talk just as much as their playing Viva. And I heard them in every store everywhere when X & Y was released and thats not happening this time.

I guess it doesn't matter as I often forget there is no longer a channel that shows music videos here, but I prefer lost as a song to lovers. Though again it doesn't really matter as I don't listen to the radio anymore either.
