He's such an incredibly talented actor, it makes me a little sad, not enough of those around. But if he really feels music is something he wants to give a try why not? I mean if he's no good, he wont sell any records and he'll probably find his way back to acting.

His name is Michael Vartan, and he's actually older than Chris, by about 10 years or so, I don't really think he looks like Chris,other than their both blond and slim body type but he is quite good looking ;)

Agreed, both came up with very unintelligent statements to support their taste in music. The haters arguments were just annoyingly unfounded, and I personally dislike Brian Eno, and much of the work they've done with him, which shoots the first guys article to hell for me too.

LOL well I can hear everything except LIT2. ...I'm not sure what I think lol, I'd have to listen a lot more before forming my opinion one way or another, but I can say glass of water is my least favorite, both live and on here...sounds a little generic for them.

For me its hands down the King version of Viva La Vida. I happen to think its the best video they've ever done, alas I cant find a way to get the darn thing. In second place, Violet hill third, Lovers in Japan fourth, Lost The released "painted" version of Viva La Vida, just might be their worst video ever.

Its funny because in my life I have been pretty frugal when it comes to myself, I mean I will spend money on others I shouldn't, but never myself...with one exception...Music. I will buy albums and see concerts of about 3 bands that I adore, no matter whats happening in my life, its my little source of happiness in this world and I'm ok with that. I don't buy expensive clothes shoes, or jewelry, I go to the movies maybe 4 times a year, but I will see coldplay in concert if it is at all in my power lol.

Wow do I have mixed feelings about this video. There are parts I think worked really well, and parts I think didn't work so well. First off, I really like the new mix of the song, I'm not the biggest fan of this song in general, but the added touches go a long way, kinda fill it in a bit old school coldplay style. An example of a shot I think did work vs. a shot I think didn't... Worked: Guy running up the stairs trailing magical writing pen lol. Did not work: Full body shots of Guy spinning around...3 people in my family had a spontaneous verbal reaction to that moment, my brothers sums it up best "oh dear". Overall I do like the video, but I think its the most "un-coldplay" video they've ever done, if that makes any sense.

I liked seeing Chris back at the piano for lost, and I think that might be the first time the "ohhhh" part of Viva was ever actually live lol. And I just about died when they started to play Yellow, what an unexpected and awesome move, Chris sounded great during this song. I didn't care for the Barack Obama shout out, the arm band was a sufficient statement. Liberal or Conservative I prefer artists keep their political views to themselves, I'm never quite sure what their trying to accomplish doing that, surely we don't want people picking candidates because their favorite artist likes them? But beyond that a truly great show, I was kinda pissed they cut off Lovers but hey three songs is better than most get.

Oh man I just know I'm going to forget to watch, the show has been so terrible the last few years that I almost never catch it. I'm going to have to buy a watch and set it lol.

I like the cover very much. Better than the EP alone cover.
