The Muse Thread - Hate This & I'll Hate You
Hi guys! Hope you're all doing fine!! I was on a business trip (cinematic art fair, watching movies all day :awesome:). If you get the chance, go see "This must be the place" with Sean Penn, such a great movie with great music!! Talking Heads and an amazing cover of this song: [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jx5Giwpz0v4]Bonnie 'Prince' Billy - Lay and Love video - YouTube[/ame] Don't have any Muse stories to tell I'm afraid. I'm curious now though about this Twilight OST announcement... Hope to "see" you soon, next day off is on 5th October... :uhoh: :escaping3:

Paradise Live
I think that in the live version you realise even more how bad the "Para Para Paradise" bit is. It takes too much time before it goes on if you know what I mean. So yes, of course it's better live, but it can't "rescue" the song.

Would you tell the band you don't like Paradise?
... and then we could use the chance to also show them that early NME interview video with the megaphone and ask them if they can still remember it and what they were like that time...

Thank you so much, Kimmi! :botoxlips: Love his accent and voice so much. :wacky: Can't wait for them to announce tour dates. :bomb: I hope they'll come to Luxembourg again... "I was expecting the lyrics to come easier than they did" Awww. I want to hug him hehe "[Fallen Empires] is a rabid beast of a song" (It really grew on me) Aww they're talking about the bus drivers!! When I did the internship at the venue I met some weird and some really really nice bus drivers! Some looked more like rock stars than the actual band members hehe Anyone knows more about touring dates? If it's Jan + Feb for UK and Ireland... could a European tour be before? Or will it be afterwards? Thanks again Kimmi, it was nice to listen to this one! :)

It sounds like a backstreet boys song (Songs that sound like Paradise)
Two people told me that the beginning sounds exactly like the Shrek soundtrack. Anyone here know it and can find the right song? :uhoh:

This would have been a touch of class....
Oooh a collaboration with her would be awesome for sure! Only with a "stripped down" song though (something most of us were looking forward to, right?) But what we have of POC wouldn't fit. It worked without Rihanna at Rock im Park. But MM also worked live without the vocal distortion. So the festival versions obviously don't count when trying to guess what the studio versions will be like. :uhoh:
