Thoughts and speculation: I'm guessing at least 3 of these are short instrumentals (MX, MIX and UFO?) What I would love is for each of Johnny, Will and Guy to get a solo feature in the instrumentals that could translate to the tour. On tour ETIAW would transition perfectly into a Will drum solo. Bass solo's just rock in general, and with Johnny getting alot of pub by the band for this record it would make sense for him to have a guitar solo track. The album is 46-50 minutes long, so about 4 minutes per track on average, then the instrumentals I like the symbols correlating to each song HLH, Paradise and Charlie Brown is going to be a killer part of the album It looks like there will be no hidden tracks, which is great because I despise that gimmick ETIAW was obviously going to make it as it fits what they said the theme would be perfectly, so I don't know why the haters are all upset. With how this is unfolding this may become my favorite Coldplay album. Pumped, glad this is out of the way before Paradise drops on Monday.

Anything is better than the faux-revelutionary garb from Viva. Loved the album, my favorite from Coldplay (to date) and in my top 10 all time faves, but the costumes from the Viva tour just looked silly.

Had I been there, maybe it would have and itwas neat the first time, but listening to it on playback time and again it destorys the song.

The screw up in Us Against the World at Glastonbury completely lost that performance (of that song, not the show) for me. Up until that point it was fantastic but that little stop completely took me out of the song. Charlie Brown at Glastonbury though, is legendary.

Wedding Bells was cannibalized to make Christmas Lights. Significant amoutpnts of lyrics and melodies made the transition. All we'll ever get of Wedding Bells is Chris Martin might drag it out a couple more times during solo public appearances.

I'm sure the next video is Paradise I think the single order for MX will be: Every Teardrop is a Waterfall Paradise Charlie Brown Princess of China While we've all heard these, the general public and average music fan has not. I could maybe see a fifth single if MX is as huge as I think it is going to be.

Have they said what time of day it will be out? If it's something like 9 am GMT, then I could get it before I go to work on the 12th and listen to it all day since i'm on EST. Even better would be midnight GMT, that means it would be out at 7 pm EST on the 11th for me.

I'd say that one is about guaranteed to be on MX.

Paradise. It's being positioned as the main single from MX, so i'm pretty sure it won't be crap.

Agreed, to me, leaving it out now would feel like leaving out Viva, Fix You or Yellow. I'd be a little disappointed no matter how good the show was.

They should blow up twitter and release a song title every 5-30 minutes over like a 4 hour period to debut the tracklisting. Do this a couple days before Paradise debuts.

I thought it was from LifL as well, I guess they just go really well together, but it's defintely CB outro. Maybe the lead into the next tune as well.

She runs a Coldplay fan website and gets to have access like hearing new music early before almost everyone, what is she going to say: "Yeah, it's crap, don't know what they were thinking on that one?"

I'm a bit dubious. It'll have to really blow me away to top Charlie Brown or Hurts Like Heaven. I'm just trying to go in with no expectations.

The only reason LiT II wasn't on VLV as LiT is thatit wasn't finished. Hurts Like Heaven is already a polished gem.

"Hidden" tracks are just dumb. Songs like Life is for Living and Reign of Love deserved their own track. Through the magic of Audacity, my Coldplay albums do :cool: My Viva is 13 tracks 1. Death and All His Friends 13. The Escapist If they do the same convoluted thing with MX, i'll just rip it and remix it to how it should have ben in the first place as soon as I get it.

It's no Fix You, but i'd have it on par with Speed of Sound (which I like more than most)and ahead of everything else on X&Y.

It's going to be on the album. It fits the album theme perfectly, lyrics are on the cover and they already released it as an advance single.

I like the 2nd half free flow of ETIAW better than MM, and lyrically ETIAW is much better to me.
