Look a the FBI 'most wanted' description of Osama Bin Laden. It doesn't mention that he is wanted for murder of US nationals inside the US or for 9/11. The FBI were even quoted as saying "because when haven't got any hard evidence that Osama is connected with 9/11. http://www.fbi.gov/wanted/terrorists/terbinladen.htm Hmmm.

Pentagon Jettisons US Agent Provocateur Al-Zarqawi Musab dies for the umpteenth time but this time its for real says the US government! Paul Joseph Watson/Prison Planet.com | June 8 2006 For those of us attempting to keep track of how many times US agent provocateur Musab Al-Zarqawi has been killed or captured today's news comes as something of a relief - the US government has stamped its official seal of approval on the fact that the Pentagon's most influential PR tool is no more. Irrefutable evidence confirms that Musab Al-Zarqawi was a US agent provocateur used to both sell the necessity of the war in Iraq and as a patsy to take the fall for numerous suspicio…

http://www.myspace.com/savetheinternet This is a very serious issue and I can't believe it hasn't gotten more mass-media circulation. Our rights of free speech are being threatened. Watch the video on the site if you want to know more. I've already called Congress and left a message with my Senator.

Al Qaeda leader in Iraq Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, blamed for the beheading of foreign captives and the death of hundreds in suicide bombings, has been killed in a raid north of Baghdad, Iraq's prime minister said on Thursday. At a joint news conference with Iraq's prime minister, Nuri Kamal al-Maliki, the top American military commander in Iraq, Gen. George W. Casey Jr., said Zarqawi's body had been positively identified by fingerprints, "facial recognition" and other indicators. He said seven of Zarqawi's associates had also been killed in the strike. The announcement of Zarqawi's death, shortly before noon on Thursday in Baghdad, appeared to mark a major watershed in th…

A 16-year-old German student has been violently attacked in Kent in what police have said was a race hate crime. Christian Hattensperger needed stitches to his head after being beaten with a metal bar in Margate. He was attacked by local youths on Wednesday night, who verbally abused him because of his nationality. His English teacher Eva Wilke said she feared attacks would escalate during the World Cup. Thanet MP Roger Gale said it brought "shame on the town". Mr Hattensperger, who was in Kent to learn English, told BBC South East Today: "He just took a metal stick and swung it into my forehead and caused quite serious injury." He and his fellow student…

A hamster has survived almost unscathed after spending several minutes passing through an industrial shredder. The rodent is thought to have got into a skip of rubbish that was taken to Recyclo recycling plant in Flintshire. It survived a giant shredder used to destroy waste such as washing machines and was found in a sorting area with no injuries other than a sore foot. The hamster, named Mike, has been adopted by Liam Bull, 10, whose father Craig works at Recyclo. Liam said: "I can't believe he's still alive after what happened, but he's doing fine now." The hamster's ordeal, which lasted around four minutes, began when it arrived at the plant in Sandy…

I've had dreams in which you are sometimes not aware that you are dreaming and sometimes when you are awake, it sometimes feel the same as in the dream just as real and as in real life. I sometimes can't tell the difference, so then I thought "Maybe life is a dream" specially when I keep seeing my friend on my dreams and talk to him as I always used to. I'm awared that he is dead but he still feels very alive to me. Anyway, this is a great great movie. I can't believe no one has brought it up here yet on this forum. It's an animated movie, but it's one of the best movies I have ever seen. You'll connect with it, two thumbsup

Does anyone watch this? The new season started tonight on NBC...and it was hilarious. Honestly, this show and Arrested Development are the only two good comedies on TV anymore. Although, it probably takes a certain person to appreciate both these shows, since they're mainly character-driven and have no laugh track. Both shows haven't gotten the best ratings, but I hope that can get turned around. Also, I find that I like the American version of The Office more than the British. I'll probably get killed for saying that, but I think because I'm from the US, I can relate to a lot more of the stuff that's going on. And I seriously have to say that I think Steve Carrell is …

The BBC has won the rights to show Premier League highlights from 2007 until 2010. It means Match of the Day will continue on BBC One on Saturday nights and MOTD2 on Sundays for another four seasons. "This is the best possible news for us ahead of the World Cup," said Roger Mosey, the BBC's Head of Sport. "As well has having the World Cup until 2014, we now have every Premiership goal and all the main action free to people in the UK until 2010." The BBC had submitted a bid of £171.6m for the three-year period. Premier League Chief Executive Richard Scudamore said: "The BBC and Match of the Day have been almost synonymous with our great competition since …

A LIBRARY worker is being investigated by police after thousands of pounds worth of rare books and documents vanished from Manchester's Central Library. The losses came to light after someone approached Manchester council - which runs the library - to say some of the books had been advertised on the eBay auction website. The police were called in and took hundreds of books from the employee's home. At least one of the missing books is thought to be over 300 years old and worth more than £20,000. The total value of the missing volumes is thought to be in the hundreds of thousands of pounds. The worker was arrested following the search and released on bail whil…

Baby hedgehogs saved by the milk of human kindness They are the abandoned babies no one would like to cuddle. After being left to fend for themselves for six days, these six baby hedgehogs are lucky to be alive. Each the size of a 50p piece, they were found in a compost heap in Maidenhead, Berkshire. When their mother took fright, it was left to staff at the Tiggywinkles animal hospital near Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, to rear them. They are being fed on a special diet of artificial milk shipped all the way from America. Les Stocker, 57, who runs the hospital, said: "They would have been lucky to survive more than 24 hours, they would probably hav…

Wayne Rooney has been included in Sven-Goran Eriksson's World Cup squad, BBC Sport understands. Rooney appears to have won the race to prove his fitness after breaking a metatarsal in his right foot while playing for Manchester United in April. He flew back to Germany to re-join the England squad landing at Karlsruhe near Baden-Baden just after 2200 BST. He had earlier spent two hours at a Manchester clinic while doctors studied the results of Wednesday's scan. Football Association sources told the BBC unofficially Rooney is in Eriksson's final England squad for the tournament. FA executive director David Davies had a broad grin on his face as he left hospi…

I couldn't find the old thread, so... I don't know about you lot but I think we need to bring this discussion back to the top :P I'm so into EastEnders lately. You see, back in October I couldn't watch the omnibus one week so I taped it. I didn't have the chance to watch it afterwards (seeing as I was flying to Poland) so I taped the omnibus the week after... and the week after... and yeah, I'm still taping the omnibuses to this very day. I pretty much have 30 tapes of EastEnders episodes lying around, and this week I finally got the chance to start watching again... I'm already on tape #12 and I can't believe how much I missed this show! Oh, I said it once and I sa…

Teenagers are 'dummying down' Yeah baby: One teenage clubber with her dummy If you think only suckers follow teenage fashion, this could be just the proof you need. The latest bizarre fad among Britain's adolescents is to chomp on a baby's plastic dummy. The origins of the new trend are hazy, but it may be a throwback to the Nineties rave scene, when clubbers chewed on dummies to alleviate jaw cramps caused by taking the illegal drug Ecstasy. But today's teenagers appear to be influenced by fashion, rather than drug culture. The dummies they use aren't standard Mothercare issue for babies, but the products of a whole new industry offering specia…

500 Conspiracy Buffs Meet to Seek the Truth of 9/11 ALAN FEUER / NY Times | June 6 2006 In the ballroom foyer of the Embassy Suites Hotel, the two-day International Education and Strategy Conference for 9/11 Truth was off to a rollicking start. In Salon Four, there was a presentation under way on the attack in Oklahoma City, while in the room next door, the splintered factions of the movement were asked — for sake of unity — to seek a common goal. In the foyer, there were stick-pins for sale ("More gin, less Rummy"), and in the lecture halls discussions of the melting point of steel. "It's all documented," people said. Or: "The mass media is mass deception."…
