U2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tell me what you think about this great band

what is your u2favorite cd

Not one in special.

I just like some songs of them.

I love U2 mostly because Bono is fuckin awesome. It doesn't hurt that their songs are amazing as well

should check out the U2 Go Home DVD great performance

I love U2!!!

My favourite album is still "Achtung Baby" :D

Can't wait to see them next month live

Yes that was pretty shweet. I loved "Desire" on that

I would loooooove to see U2 in Ireland, but I would settle for getting to see U2 anywhere. Sad thing is, I was second in line the day tickets went on sale and it was sold out by the time I got to the window

A thread to U2 fans and have a pic of Coldplay? :stunned: that's strange.

anyways i like U2.

Hhahaha whoever started this was a little to persistent.

I mean I love u2, they even are above Coldplay in my world, and well that's usually all I listen to, talk about. Everyone who lives with me refers to them as "my boys." (coldplay are "my guys")

plus i convinced my father to let me skip two school days next year to travel four hours for the u2 concert in DC.

i have rattle and hum, slane, elevation boston, joshua tree classic albums, and the dismantle dvd.

i'm only missing october, rattle and hum, and zooropa CD-wise.

wow i need a life.

*points to icon* my idol. :D

U2, most influential band ever. No doubt about that. Also, definitly the best live show you'll ever see today. Nothing beats it. U2 is just an amazing band with one of the best frontmen out there and great musicians to back him up.

The Edge looks exactly like my uncle :stunned:

I'll agree with everything in this post except that first sentence. I think a little group called The Beatles would have something to say about that.

Yeah, I kinda like u2 to........Well, I'm totally obsessed by them

I've got almost 50 singles, all albums, and a lot of other stuff....

I'm going to the concert in Brussel in 5 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'M GOING CRAZY

I know what you mean.....!!!

But, they've made some great songs (a few), the only problem is: it all sounded very much alike....I think U2 has done more for rock/pop then the beatles these days....They've explored the area's of every music-genre and still remained u2, without break ups and with a constant feel for the way they had to go to make great music

U2 are my #1. Off to see them at Croke Park, back on the ould sod in a few weeks. The first time I heard a note of Coldplay's music was when I was in the queue for the toilet at Slane and they were playing support. 'Everyting's Not Lost' was amazing.

I've seen U2 dozens of times & whereas I think that comparisons are unfair at this stage, Coldplay have a long way to go yet!

There are a lot of Eno/ Unforgettable Fire signatures on the new album.

Would love to hear Coldplay cover A Sort of Homecoming. Apparently it was played to the fruity baby in utero :)

Yeah..beatles have done some great stuff, but seriously, i want to shoot myself when i hear them *sigh*

U2 is...consistant...always there, always dependable.... no matter what they do they're always U2, and it works...hard to explain
