It's how I imagine how I thought their 2nd album would sound before Demon Days came out (if that makes sense :P). I'm going put it on again now :D

Yeah that's my impression as well... it's better than Plastic Beach but then again, I prefer electronic-y music to rap/hip hop. In any case, considering it's been made during the tour on iPad, the album is great.

I couldn't even say it's better, it's so different!

Gotta say I'm really surprised, wasn't expecting something as good. Revolving Doors is absolutely awesome, and I really like Amarillo a lot.

Aww but those songs were amazing :D I do agree that it's not better than PB but I still like it alot! My favourite songs so far are Hillbilly Man and Bobby in Pheonix :)

I do like the intro to White Flag and Damon waving the flag all over stage :P

I just tend to prefer songs with him singing.

Listened to it last night for the first time and have pretty much had it on repeat ever since, and I agree with everyone saying it's not better than Plastic Beach but FAR OUT IT WAS MADE ON AN IPAD.

 

Favourites are Revolving Doors, Hillbilly Man, Amarillo and the electronica parts of The Joplin Spider. But I love it all :heart:

 

Oh and I'm totally going to buy a physical copy when it's released :wacky:
