I'm losing a substantial amount of love that I've had for this band. The Suburbs isn't that great. If they steal the Polaris this year... I don't even know. I'm just extremely bitter about not being able to see them, I guess it's a bias, but I just feel like that prize should go to Destroyer, Braids, or even have just put Stars on the shortlist. :\

 

I want them to move past the feeling, right now. :(

Wow, even with the dvd beside me I totally forgot that I haven't watched Scenes from the suburbs yet. Emma is stupid lols.

 

 

Oh and hyde park was rather awesome.

I preferred their Dublin show. The crowd just wasn't great D:, I'm pretty sure half of them came for mumford & sons and then just stuck around half knowing a few AF songs. Maybe that was just the few people around me.

But still soooo good, Ugh.

Hard to believe that most people were there for Mumford and Sons... but glad you enjoyed it!
