Jetstream is really nice. The new additions to their sound seem subtle but effective.

Andy's vocals on 'Jetstream' are amazing, I'd say it's his best vocal performance! The guitar solo break bit reminded me of 'Supermassive Black Hole' by Muse aswell. I'm really intriged to hear what the rest of the album is gonna sound like! It's good to have them back, it really has been too long!

I have to say I'm stunned that there is so little interest in this considering the amount of duff band threads on this forum.

Is this place mostly full of teenage girls or something?

Lost Souls is a Dark, Smoky, dead of night album.

Last Broadcast is Epic, uplifting and shiny and singalong.

Some Cities is Rougher , Rockier and with a massive Motown influence.

 

Tbh they are all brilliant albums.

I'd say buy The Last Broadcast first, but I agree with Comster, you really should get all their albums, each is amazing in it's own way!

Jetstream is an amazing song. Love it on first listen. Everyone seems to be going for a new sound which is great. Doves always move forward with every release anyway. Cannot wait for the album.

Wow, I love Kingdom Of Rust (the song). I thought Jetstream was pretty good, but now I'm really excited for this album :D

I love the intro, and it's a good driving song

It's a gorgeous venue! I've never been to a gig there, but I have visited Delamere on a number of occasions, it being about 45 minutes from where I live. Beautiful forest; well worth a walk around if you have the time.
