November 14, 201114 yr I can't cook to save my life, so I decided to take it easy and start with the kale chips. It actually turned out great and the family loved it. So I got a little bolder and tried the vegan paella which also turned out alright according to my husband. Next step is going to be 1 of the lasagna recipes. I'm still getting all my ingredients together. I also came across Jessica Seinfeld's youtube doitdelicious channel. Her recipes are very simple as well. For the holidays, I'll just take my laptop in the kitchen and try some of these simple recipes and see how they turn out.
