Yes "the coldest gig they've played in a while" and it was raining all the time hahaha and the stage was very slippery because the wind blew the rain right on there. Stipe said "if any of us fall on our asses tonight, please say: I told you so" hahaha

I've seen and heard Editors perform 'Orange Crush' on their own about 10 months ago myself, but being able to see them play it with R.E.M. seems utterly amazing!

yeah I knew about their cover aswell, it was on some Q magazine's free cover cd once. It was amazing. They did it because it was the last show Editors were warming up.

Only two days till I see them!!:D

Oh, and Editors were on stage singing the chorus of "it's the end of the world.." as well, while Stipe was greeting the front row, again.
