May 15, 200818 yr Quite a funny movie, but god what is wrong with those people at that acoustic session? There is no atmosphere whatsoever O_o Just occasionally a few girls yelling and that's about it.
May 16, 200818 yr yeah a bit late.. I guess they dont come and visit Coldplaying very often  'cause they'd know we already got it..
May 16, 200818 yr New Star / New News! Brilliant Video - So Violet Hill is a political song. Watching it in parts sent shivers down my spine. Could they release this as the official Music Video? I hope so! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9WqQL5WFN20
May 18, 200818 yr mmm i'm pretty sure that toronto acoustic video's been around for a little while... i watched it in the coldplaying multimedia section last week..
May 18, 200818 yr well it's not a new star. but if you go to coldplay.com you can see a strange sign on the right side of the "A". it's the violet hill video (idiots-version)
May 19, 200818 yr Monday 19th May, 2008 The Bakery, London. It's ten years today since a cardboard box filled with 500 copies of the Saftey E.P. arrived on my doorstep from the manufacturer. I sold the first copy to my room-mate at university for £3. It took over a year to sell (or give away) the remaining 499. One of those copies found its way to Ms Debs Wild, then of Universal Records. And that's how all this got started... Prospekt
May 19, 200818 yr Awww already 10 years, and how they've grown up :nice: so we were right about Phil/Prospekt :D
May 19, 200818 yr new entry from prospekt 2008!! http://coldplay.com/timeline.php Wow, 10 years! Now you have the chance to buy one of those copies on eBay for the modes price of £1,100.00. :D
May 19, 200818 yr I think that rascal Phil has kept all those copies of the Safety EP and when he wants a nice holiday, puts one up on ebay for a load of cash. :laugh3:
May 19, 200818 yr Thanks for this message, Phil! :) Nice to see they put the other Violet Hill vid up too.
May 19, 200818 yr Heh, I always said it was Phil. It's his writing style- http://web.archive.org/web/20010612051049/www.coldplay.com/journal_archive.shtml And looking for that, look what I found... :stunned: Only the second one I've ever seen. http://web.archive.org/web/20010609133115/www.coldplay.com/journals/jour0000000176.shtml
May 19, 200818 yr Awww I can imagine Phil writing that like Frodo writing his "It's been three years since I was stabbed at Weathertop" at the end of Return of the King :P Don't know why, something nostalgic about it :) Not that being stabbed and selling CDs are similar.
May 20, 200818 yr Heh, I always said it was Phil. It's his writing style- http://web.archive.org/web/20010612051049/www.coldplay.com/journal_archive.shtml And looking for that, look what I found... :stunned: Only the second one I've ever seen. http://web.archive.org/web/20010609133115/www.coldplay.com/journals/jour0000000176.shtml mo, is there a sample of phil's writing on there? i can't seem to find it... but while looking, this absolutely cracked me upchris says he wrote something in washington, so i'll try not to cover too much of the same ground. (he has just got a laptop computer, and thinks he is in the matrix).
May 20, 200818 yr mo, is there a sample of phil's writing on there? i can't seem to find it... but while looking, this absolutely cracked me up He wrote most of those journal entries- he always signs them PH. I meant his way of putting words, not his handwriting. It seems to have matured a lot since back then, but there's still something quite distinct about it. That matrix quote is great. Suddenly I understand why he supposedly doesn't even have email anymore... :stunned:
