Do you know your mobile/cell phone number by heart?

Featured Replies

a better question for this thread would be... how many digits/numbers have the cell phone numbers in your area? I mean, is it really that hard to learn?

in my country it has 10 and they always start by 300, 313, 317, 310, 311 or 301... depending on the provider. So is quite easy when you already have in mind which provider is, so you've got to memorize only 7 numbers.

so don't need to learn it :P ( btw i have to  )

I know my number and the number of everyone else in my immediate family, as well as a few other ones.

No, don't know my number off the top of my head.

It's somewhere in the back of my head I think.

Don't know anybody elses number either. No need to.

And no, I don't have an ICE number. Someone'll figure out what to do i c e.

Nope,don't have that david...

I do know it by heart :D!!

Yep, sure do. But obviously it's going to be different in Australia.

10 numbers for a mobile number, 8 numbers for a home phone.

I know around 9ish Mobile numbers, and around 10ish home number. Pretty good eh? :P

Yes, I know it, but the number from my first phone is way easier...

 i never knew people didn't know their own phone numbers

You should Rick, even if it just means entering the phone number of your next-of-kin (parents/wife/family) again calling the entry ICE

yup! Although I usually start giving out my sisters number instead still I'm so used tp dialling it.

mine cell phone +4210908360952

i also know moms, dads, brothers and som friends numbers

Thanks for the info, I'll be sure to call you. :dozey:

Honestly, I don't. I haven't touched my cellphone in years, for two reasons:

1) I was pissed off and put fabric paint all over it (one of my many idiotic ideas )

2) I don't call my friends that often. We either IM or talk face-to-face. It's really strange I know.

And if I was kidnapped or something and I needed to call 911, I don't need it, 'cause I have secret ninja powers. :sneaky:

I do now. Though, it was not as easy to remember as 8675309/Jenny. That number I know better than either my home and cell.
