Thom is awesome... yeah he is really intimidating, and hates to be photographed, but he's an incredible musician!

I actually haven't really listened to much Thom Yorke solo stuff. Radiohead is one of my favorite bands, but I just have little interest in his solo stuff so far. :shrug:

Not as great a songwriter as Noel Gallagher or as good a melody maker as Chris Martin. Plus he's a self obsessed pretentious shit. Peace out

He's a great singer and nice writer. He's frontman to a wonderful band and deserves a lot of respect, but yeah, I think too many people are too obsessed with him.

 

As for the songwriting, you can't possibly try to compare Noel Gallagher working alone and Radiohead as a whole...

And he has an uncanny knack for picking out obscure electronic stuff that I end up loving. :uhoh:

i agree... loved thom and jonny's performance. I dunno why but I loved how thom sang "facts for whatever", probably my favorite part of it. or also how he holds that last note "you reel me out, then you cut the.... striiiiiiiiiiiiiiinnnnnnnnnnnnnng"
