Vampire Weekend will headline the 2010 Groovin' The Moo festival, it has been revealed this morning.

 

The much hyped indie four-piece will be joined by Tegan & Sara, Spoon, Empire of the Sun and Silverchair for the festival, which takes place in Bendigo, Townsville, Maitland, Canberra and Bunburry.

Didn't know there was a VW thread here? I went to the concert at Webster hall at NYC on 1/18. Actually the second time seeing them live, though the first time was at a TV taping and only one song (White Sky). I thought they were really excellent live and played for like 1.5 hours. The opening act was interesting as well, though I forgot what the name of the group was. I am bad with setlists, but this one from Setlist.fm is accurate. link
